Updating my review. Will never come here again. This used to me my favorite place. Went there today, 9/12/2024. Took five minutes for someone to come by my table after seating myself. Was handed one menu for my party of two. Ordered food. After 45 minutes, walked out.

During the 45min wait, the server explained their head chef left during the lunch hour to do a "tasting" or something like that. She told us to call the Terrible's Corp office to complain.

I googled "Terrible's Corporate" and a rude little girl answered the phone and transferred me somewhere. That line answered with a recording, advising me to leave a message, and then said i can't leave a message.

So i called back, and the little girl said "I can transfer you to that number again". I explained i can't leave a message and they don't answer, so transfer me somewhere else. she said "that's the only number i have. I can try again".

I then called the Terrible's hiring center. No one answers there either.

This is a terribly operated company (pun intended). They don't deserve my patronage or yours.

after 3 cokes, and still no food after 45 minutes... we walked out. Not before asking the bartender where our server was so we could at least offer to pay her for the cokes. But eh Bartender said "i don't know, can't you see we are a little busy here?".
