PT's Pub — Restaurant in Enterprise

We have eaten in there before, all was ok. Not great service, but what you would expect from a pub. Today was a new and ridiculous experience. People at work wanted breakfast and someone suggested PT's, it's so close and better than fast food. I called in 4 breakfast orders. They said 15-20 minutes. I arrived 25 minutes later, the bartender said they were working on it, give them another 5 minutes. 10 minutes later he asked if I wanted a drink? Kind, yes, but NO, I want my food! another 10 minutes passes, I ask about the food. He said there is only one cook??? (I was the ONLY person in the place). He went back to check, and the other bartender said he's a new cook..."my restaurant manager is back there helping, and that never happens, so I know that he's having trouble." Within a couple more minutes, they brought the bags, set them next to me and mumbled "sorry it took so long" as he walked away... I am a business owner, and we all have employee issues from time to time, but an apology would have gone a long way. I had already paid, so I wouldn't expect a refund or discount, but maybe an invitation to come back at a discount or a free meal since it took 50 minutes to make 4 breakfasts?? Never...

Very disappointed, but not surprised. I've watched many individuals of european descent come in and talk on speaker phone for an hour even though the sign at the door says not to...yell homophobic slurs across the bar...disrespect women to the point that those women leave in front of everyone because they're clearly inebriated and KEEP being served long after with no repercussions/intervention by bar staff....but was asked to move to the other side of the bar because I was having a non speaker phone call with my aunt with NO ONE sitting anywhere near me...got it....Updated my comment for clarification since the last review had typos. I dont like the "pick and choose" since you're not a high gambling regular where and to whom "rules apply". I think the manager from New York and the asian woman who works day shifts are kool tho and will possibly comeback just for there...

This bartender is a real winner... It's noon. She has to door locked so it only opens if she buzzes you in, imo it's so she can have as few to zero patrons as possible becAuse she clearly believes she is above anyone who may enter a pub... I come several times a week. I always bring a bag of candy... She made me get rid of my cinnamon gummies bears, and when I asked her if she could throw them away for me she was appalled and gave a stink face which with her personality should be her normal face so everyone knows Instantly the mutant she is... I've been here 30 mins, at the bar playing keno... And she still hasn't asked me if I wanted anything to drink... I told her I hope to God that I win so that I can stiff her on any sort of tip.... This lady is very ugly...
