⭐ 1 Star – Discriminatory and Dishonest Behavior – Stay Away!

I’ve been a loyal customer at this Thai massage place for some time now and had positive experiences—until tonight, when I was subjected to blatant discrimination, arrogance, and lies from one of their staff members.

I arrived at 7:55 PM, well before their listed closing time of 9 PM (as confirmed by their Google listing). I came in with a smile and respectful energy, just hoping to unwind with a massage. Instead, I was met with coldness, condescension, and an associate who made it painfully clear that I was not welcome.

I politely presented my business card with multiple stamps to show I was a returning customer and explained that I had brought jasmine oil with me—something their shop previously didn't have. Rather than treating me like a returning guest, the associate picked up the oil as if it were toxic, looked disgusted, and immediately told me they don’t use customer-supplied oils. I calmly explained that the oil was purchased in Thailand, clearly labeled in Thai, and that I had brought it because they didn’t carry it.

After treating me with suspicion and visible disdain, she reluctantly agreed to do the massage “as a one-time exception”—but then insisted I pay upfront, something that has never been required on my previous visits. When I asked why, she claimed the register was already closed (at 7:55 PM? Really?). I said I’d pay by card, and suddenly, she was fine again—until I asked for clarification on their actual closing time.

I pulled out my phone and showed her that Google Maps says they close at 9 PM, not 8. That’s when the real nonsense started. She backtracked completely and suddenly declared that “there are no massage therapists available” and that they “won’t be providing any service tonight.” When I pressed further, she revealed that she doesn’t even do massage therapy—she normally does facial treatments! That’s when it all made sense. She wasn’t just rude and evasive—she was also completely unqualified to be deciding who gets service and who doesn’t. Instead of getting help from a proper massage therapist or clarifying honestly from the beginning, she gave me one excuse after another: the oil, the payment, the hours, and finally no available staff. None of it was true. I was simply profiled and denied service without any valid reason. All within the span of 5 minutes—from "sure, let’s do the massage" to "we can’t help you, please leave."

Let me make this clear:

I was profiled, lied to, and turned away despite being a respectful, returning client. I was discriminated against—the kind of treatment no one should face, especially from a service-based business. I was given contradictory excuses, first about oil, then money, then operating hours, and finally staffing. The real reason was obvious: they didn’t want to serve me.

This place should be ashamed of the way they treat people. I left feeling humiliated, disrespected, and deeply disappointed. I urge the owner to personally look into this incident, address the discriminatory behavior of that associate, and take appropriate action to ensure no other customer is treated this way again.

Until then—STAY FAR AWAY from this establishment if you expect basic respect, honesty,...

I've been getting massages from Rin for years while she was a freelance therapist. She is the BEST massage therapist I have ever been to. I carry stress in my upper back and neck, and sometimes I can pinch a nerve and end up with my neck locked up for a week. There is nothing more frustrating than going to someone new and getting a terrible massage that doesn't fix my back & neck. If I'm going to spend the time and money for a therapeutic massage, I want it to fix my problem. Since I met Rin, I don't go to anyone else. Over the years, she has been able to fix any problem I have.

I was just in an accident this week, so I was able to visit Rin at her new spa for a post-accident massage. She was able to fix the back pain that has kept me awake all week. Along with deep tissue massage, she used hot stones and stretching to help with my stiffness, and I left feeling amazing.

The spa is brand new. They take pride in making the spa beautiful, very clean, and legitimate. You will not regret your decision to get a...

I had the pleasure of experiencing Thai fusion massage for the first time last evening in the Thai Spa Wellness Center. The spa was fresh and clean, with pleasant, relaxing scents that met me as soon as I walked through the door. There was a welcoming platter of fruit along with water or teas in the waiting area. I didn't have to wait, though, as the therapist was right on time and took me right back. Dane was extremely friendly and welcoming with her warm smile and engaging personality. The massage was none like I had ever experienced - invigorating yet relaxing. Dane found knotted muscles I didn't even know I had :-) She is a true pro and one can tell she genuinely enjoys helping people get healthier by the care and expertise she exerts during your time with her. Many people don't think about how massage helps the body to function better. I, for one, know the true benefit of a real massage and folks, don't miss out on this place - it's the real deal. You will not be disappointed and your body...

This was such an awesome and special visit. Recommended by my sister and brother in law. Wife and I were treated to such an amazing and special experience. Rin and her staff are the embodiment of Thai hospitality. This is by far one of the best Thai massages we have ever had. After living in Thailand for several years, the bar of expectation is set pretty high. We had the 90 minute traditional Thai massage. They have a variety of options from Aroma Therapy massages to pre-natal, Wellness Thai Fusion massages to deep tissue or relaxation spa massages. Family owned, the therapists all know their craft well. Between my sister and her husband, my wife and I, we were able to have different therapists work with us and all were superb and above par. We highly recommend the massage services provided by Ron and her team at Thai Spa Wellness Center!

This is my favorite Thai massage spot. I’m a local and I live on the other side of town, but I do not mind coming all the way out here for the quality. This is a very clean, legitimate and fairly priced place. The staff are all very sweet, Anna has done my massage a couple times now and she is great. Keep in mind Thai massage is where they walk on your back and fully stretch out your arms and legs. I love when my back pops; It feels like a release of tension. Will definitely be back and recommend.
