Tuscan Cove Bar & Patio — Restaurant in Enterprise

The ladies who helped us were very nice although it took a while for them to take our (2people) order. I asked for beer in a cold glass and was offered a beer in a can which is unacceptable for a place like that charging what they are charging. I ordered a wedge salad and it was good for the most part but it had no dressing and so I had to ask for that … that should not have happened. Once it arrived it was very watered down and just not good. I explained this to the waitress. Other than that the salad was pretty good. I also had chicken tenders which were very average … the coating was nice but some of the chicken was tough … it’s way better at Chick FilA or chicken Shack. Also I really like the decor but noticed some people in gym attire which is inappropriate. And there were several large screen TVs and an area with couches? I didn’t understand that. Maybe they should just stick to being a bar and serve alcohol. It comes down to realizing people have choices and there’s a lot of competition out there for what’s available for them to spend their money on. So either meet the competition at that level … or do something else. Because in the end, people will vote with their $. I suggest you go out and see what’s out there. Maybe take some surveys of guests at your food establishment … also ask yourself what are you trying to offer and achieve? How do your prices and quality compare? In the end I feel this place is over priced … I can get the same if not better food (without the alcohol of course) at Chick FilA for one third the price. Great hidden spot in quiet apartment community. Plenty of TV’s, lots of indoor and patio seating and excellent staff. Matt and Nicki are wonderful!
