I ordered online.. both of my orders I did online were wrong the managers actually a nice guy but tonight he had a bad night or something because he was very unprofessional tonight he would not even look at my phone to see the order he wanted to go through a stack of receipts I tried to show him the orders on my phone he just did not want to look and I told him I was not going to stand there and wait for him to go through all of those receipts without looking at my phone he went to the register to do the order he made my sandwich and I was missing chicken fries the chicken fries that he gave me was terrible it was hard as a brick and not fresh neither one of the fries he gives me my order with one just chicken fry and my sandwich I said what about my other chicken fry that you didn't give me he said I didn't bring the food back how can I bring them back if he didn't give them to me I bring the food back that was messed up the other sandwich that he messed up on my kid ate so I couldn't bring that back I told him I did not want that I wanted my food I paid $14 for those two chicken fries I wanted my chicken fries fresh and both of them and he refusedso I was very loud and rude because he was being rude again he is a very nice and good manager actually I just can't believe that he made my order and he said he did and I just can't believe that that he made my sandwiches no he did not he bagged my food that he might have did but he did not put them in the bag I have no reason to be dishonest and said he messed up on the whole order but I know he did not he just had a bad night what all he could have done was just replaced the chicken fries that's all I wanted was the ones I paid for that he did not give me and all my sandwiches they had cheese and I did not ask for cheese cheese is expensive Burger King could afford to give away cheese I don't think so I really hate that I'm having to do this review because he is really nice manager I'm sorry he's had a bad night the food was not fresh the french fries was cold no napkins in both orders were just wrong I don't get it.im sorry for getting rude w you I'm sorry it all happened I just couldn't believe he didn't care like he normally does.and that what made me mad and I'm to old to act the way I didđđ¤Ś...

For the long story:
I dont recommend. They give you no patties on your burger. I expected a single patty with decent service, and they cannot complete the bare minimum. Its also tiresome they also mess up your order by giving you less chicken fries and make it spicy when I requested for plain, so they fail to communicate. The employees there are okay, however the one on the phone told me to come back and return the burger just to give it a patty. Absolutely not, I'm going to get another burger for free along with the correct chicken fries. If you can't do it right then do it again, no matter how many times it takes I cannot accept the fact you actually think a burger patty doesn't go with the bacon King. With the simplest of instructions to craft a single bacon King and forget the most vital ingredient to the meal is by far the most disappointing experience I ever had from this establishment. I only recommend if you have no other choice that you just spend your money on the chicken fries. Other than that, you're going to get a terrible experience...

When I placed a late night order and the lady gave me my drink with no ice and when I asked for ice she said they were all out. So I said I didn't want the drink and she said "I already charged you" and handed me my receipt. She turned and told some young man to see if he could "find a little bit if ice" They must have been so anxious to go home, that they didn't care to get the rest of the order right either. When I realized the order was wrong (I was still in the parking lot) and I walked up to the door, it was locked and though I could see the workers behind the counter, no one would acknowledge me! Unfortunately this is not the first time, the last time I was there was about 3 months ago.
