To whom it may concern, , I purchased a box of JJs Bakery mini cherry pies at Walmart They were hard as a rock and after trying to eat one or two,(thinking, maybe there was just one bad one in the batch) I realized the expiration date was still good and they all were terrible So located on their box, was there information no phone number of course, but I found one online I reached out to contact them multiple times left messages with their customer relations department and never heard back from them. In my opinion, JJ’s bakery, mini cherry pies sold at Walmart should never be purchased by anyone who enjoys pie. In addition, I believe Walmart should drop this company as one of their vendors, seeing how they have no customer service representative to handle any questions or problems. Buyer beware As a business owner, I would think they would want to know about any problems with their product and try to make efforts to correct these problems or at least reach out to a unsatisfied customer. But not here at JTM foods, LLC, Erie, PA 16510

(Prime Tankers) Location was easy enough to get to, Staff was friendly. Best way in and out: I-90 to EX-32, go towards the lake on 430, stay left for 290. Take 290 to McClelland Ave and turn right, then left at East 33Rd St.

Take second entrance for location. Do not turn in on first entrance to avoid knocking down telephone pole.

Leave the same way you came in.

Prime Drivers, we pump off and we use one double-sided female hose. After calling the receiver to check-in, they will come outside and check paperwork, we can open-up and connect and start pumping. Once finished we call the receiver again to let them know we are finished, they will come out with our paperwork. We can also disconnect as well.

Area can be a little tight, especially when trying to pull around back...

I used to deliver freshly ground flour that would come in by train car from Meadville, PA. packaged up, palletized, and shipped to JTM Foods in Erie PA.. The smell of fresh pies coming from the bakery was intoxicating and the key to a good pie is getting them as fresh as possible, please check the date. Unfortunately as soon as the pies leave the warehouse the pies are exposed to so many adverse environments, and potential damage. Trust me, these are almost as good as Mom's & Grandma's pies...These pies made with quality materials, are not loaded up with added preservatives, so do yourself a favor and look for the expiration date printed on the box before you buy. These folks at JTM Foods work hard to make a good product, don't let an expiration date ruin...
