Taco Bell — Restaurant in Erie

I've gone twice. Both times they gave me the wrong thing.

Today I was the only one in there, and I ordered 2 veggie burritos (without the spicy chips), and a crunchwrap so I would have dinner tonight and lunch tomorrow cuz I'm really low on money and can't afford anything else til I get paid.

Instead they gave me 3 super spicy burritos with added Chipotle sauce and no beans or avocado, so no protein. Still better than last time when they gave me meat, but I can't handle the extra spice. Also costs $5 less than what I paid for.

I called them and no one answered and there was no voicemail, just a request for an access code. I called a second taco bell and it was just a random lady's phone.

I didn't want to drive 20min back just to be told they cant switch it cuz I don't have a receipt (which is what happened last time). So I ended up eating rice and beans I had at home instead. Waste of time, food, and the last of my money.

Everytime i go here i receive amazin service & my food is always hot & fresh!! As i always say i love when my meal is good, but i more so appreciate the amazin service i get!! No matter the time of day i go there everyone is so nice and they appreciate when they receive kindness back!! I treat ppl hw i want to b treated and so i make sure im kind & respectful bcuz i always get it back!! Its always really clean in there even when their busy!! They jus have an overall GREAT set of employees and i thank & appreciate everyone of them!! They have an amazin manager, Mr Luke, who i think is an amazin leader!! He goes above & beyond jus like anyone who ive come into contact wit there does!! I pray he receives his promotion bcuz he definitely deserves it!! Thank yall so much for great food and amazin service....GOD...

I went and ordered two chipotle ranch chicken burritos with extra chicken and when I got to work to eat it wasn’t even extra chicken. It was all lettuce and vegetables with a little chips. So I tried to call No answer. So the next day I went back before work and ordered the same thing and this time I asked for the extra chicken on the side. They gave me only chipotle ranch with cheese and 3 pieces of chicken with my extra chicken on the side. Like where is the Fritos and lettuce, tomatoes and the rest of my chicken. And then I asked the manager what’s this he said what you ordered. I got a refund how petty to give me 3 1/2 pieces of chicken I was eating bread. Not worth my money. Shame on y’all. I want my money worth y’all being real stingy. You Will never get my services or money...
