Ordered via the online app at 8:36. Pulled up and the drive through lines were long, so went inside to pick order up as that was an option. Stood and waited for 40 minutes before realizing that my order had been overlooked and spoke to someone about it. They found the order and the girl said she'd get it for me. A minute later MY ORDER NUMBER AND BAG were pushed onto the counter. Given how long I'd waited I ripped the bag open to make sure the items were what I ordered. It was NOT my order, there were multiple other items in the bag. The girl yelled at me that I shouldn't have opened the bag because it wasn't mine, even though the order number as well as the items I ordered were printed on the receipt. What I want to know is, how would the people who were supposed to get what they ordered know that my bag was actually theirs? Couldn't believe she yelled at me like I had done something wrong. In all, it took me an hour from the time I placed my mobile app order until the time she practically threw my order at me over the counter. I ordered a 10piece nugget with fries, a 6 piece nugget with fries and 2 beverages. Hardly worth an hour wait. They were given to me cold. I used to work for McDonalds and this level of unprofessionalism would NEVER have been acceptable to the management under which I worked. Shame on whoever is running this place, as it is clearly out of control and the workers are not doing their jobs. Will go to ANY OTHER McDonalds in the area before I'd step foot near this...
Read moreFor them just rebuilding this McDonald's and most of the employees being new I thought I'd give it a second chance. The employee that waited on me took 5 minutes to wait on me because he was too busy talking to employees and laughing and he was a manager. Dining room had no napkins, straws, etc, tables were nasty, the whole half hour or doing was here not once did an employee make an attempt to clean the nastyness in the dining room. There were people holding the counter up very well
I've since come back and they have improved a great deal.the employees are much friendlier, they are now keeping dining room spotless. I don't like the BK across the street mainly because any time I've gone in there there dining room is horrible. I would never order food unless I have someone come clean a table. It's one thing during a busy time. But when you have employees goofing off there is no call for being out of things at the drink station and sticking to the floor and every table having things on it that you know have been there all day. I'm so glad McDonald's has decided to change and keep up on...
Read moreMy friend has just attended this store, where he was charged incorrectly by staff and when he questioned the transaction, the staff member stated they thought they had pressed two. No apologies. He then asked for the manager, whom he explained the error to and he then was given the correct order and informed the amount of the previous transaction would be reimbursed. When he then went to speak to the manager again he was informed it takes 24 hours for reimbursement to show. When he asked the manager his name he was spoken to in a disrespectful manner and asked What. This is not an acceptable or professional manner to speak to customers especially when the fault is with the staff. If the staff don't want to deal with customers then they should not be working in this environment, especially when they are speaking to elderly disabled members of the public. The food was also not up to previous acceptable standards. Unacceptable visit to this McDonalds. I was on the phone the whole time whilst my friend was being spoken to. Very upsetting experience...
