This place had been in the area for several years, so I figured it was finally time to see what the hype was all about. That’s all it really is, hype. The uninviting atmosphere you get when you walk in is dense. If you aren’t a regular, you won’t feel welcomed. It’s an unorganized mess of a restaurant with people getting served out of order and at random. We had ordered two cheeseburgers and it took an hour to get. Upon receiving the burgers and fries, we weren’t offered ketchup for the fries. The service is just abysmal. Never checked if we needed any condiments or more to drink. Pretty much we had to let them know we were done eating so they could get us a bill. The establishment seems unable to handle the order options they have. They’ve got a drive thru, take out window and dine in bar to serve, and it seems they can’t handle any of them.

The food itself was basic or poor. The cheeseburgers tasted like something you could eat at home for less. My mother had grilled chicken and I took a bite. It tasted slimy and off. Definitely spoiled chicken was served. Fries were bland and desperately needed ketchup which we were never offered nor was there a chance to ask for ketchup. My daughter ordered a butterscotch milkshake and it just tasted like vanilla, devoid of any butterscotch flavor. Everything was just disappointing here.

I can’t recommend this place to anyone born within the last millennium. This place seems content with serving the aging clientele until they die. I won’t make the mistake of coming...

Wow just wow... customer service was awful. They all look like they are very unhappy. Sat at counter with no acknowledgement for several minutes, now mind you the inside is tiny so you can actually see and practically reach out and touch the employees 🤣 food was less than good unfortunately... if someone was actually friendly it would make a huge difference. Place was spotless but noticed no gloves being worn while cooking and direct hands were on buns being squished on grill... I'm no health inspector but I have owned a restaurant 🤣 Owners sister was very friendly to one customer but never even looked our way. , was told that "it's a small town everyone knows everyone". Definitely won't...

I used to love this place, but the other day I ordered a double cheeseburger, a cheeseburger, a salad, two fries, a grilled cheese, and one small shake. It came out to $42!? Please make it make sense. I paid for it, as the food is good, but definitely will never order from here again. A friend of mine said Chicken tenders and fries came out to $16. In a small town, this is just way too much, especially if you don't make everything homemade. Other people have stated they have ordered the same thing a few times in a row, and the prices are never the same. I called and the lady said, yes I even re-rang it all, and the price is correct, so I just told her simply I won't be back. Cook out...
