Hardee’s — Restaurant in Erwin

I have visited this particular Hardee's a few times and only a handful of those few times was I satisfied with my order. One time we went in and ate and my husband found a hair in his fries, when he asked the young lady "what is this?" she replied "a fry?" so he asked her to look closer and when she saw the hair she said "oops" and turned around and walked off. Today I stopped in through the drive-thru and ordered breakfast, when I got home with my food I was shocked at how the sandwiches looked. It was ridiculous. The pictures will explain. I worked at Hardee's for 5 years as a crew trainer and I know how things are supposed to be done and this Hardee's apparently does not do ANYTHING by the book. Maybe I should go back to work at the Erwin location to teach them a thing or two. The Hardee's I worked at wasn't the best in the world (none of them really are), but at least our sandwiches weren't put together...

Don't like to complain but I could not rate any higher than two stars and I'm being generous. Parking lot was almost empty but I was worried they were closed cause there was a bit of trash in the lot. Front counter was pretty clean and three employees were standing there chatting, I was first and only customer for a while I guess. Staff was nice but not extraordinary. Expensive for just a burger and small fries and I can't believe for $8 I even got a small fry, seemed like half an order. Burger meat was over cooked, taste burnt on all edges. Dining room had no clean tables and the ketchup was out. To top it off my ice was dirty, before I poured a drink into the cup my ice had something black in it. I poured it out and tried again, this time it seemed clean, but cleaning should definitely be a managers #1 to do list at this location. Pretty upset because this was my last fast food meal for...

If I could give a zero I would for this location only! Hardees serves breakfast until 12 now I roll up at 11:30 exactly and there's no biscuits don't advertise if you can not fulfill the request! And I'll tell you why you have no biscuits lazy staff standing around wanting to get paid to not work but look busy! You guys seriously need to hire someone to even watch the staff and make them do their job correctly otherwise your just given free money away to lazies.
