I went through the drive thru today and the girl that was taking orders was so rude. Not only to me but also to her co worker making drinks. I ordered an Iced Cinnamon Dolce latte and the girl accidentally made it hot. She rudely told her co worker this needs to be Iced. If she would have asked me I would have taken the hot one. People make mistakes. I had a free drink and she rudely told me no you don't and closed the window when I was still talking. Took another order and then told me my total again after helping someone else. I paid but I should have just drove away. I have never experienced someone so unprofessional and rude when I get coffee. I didn't get her name but she was wearing gray pants and a black shirt. She acted like it was an...

Unsanitary-overflowing garbage can dripping was pushed through the line inside and touch my back by employee! I couldn't believe they were pushing a stinky dripping overflowing cess pool of garbage down the line ordering to pay (2" from register and leaked liquid on me). On top of this thing brushing me, the worker acted funky when I asked why they would be so unsanitary, especially when the can was being pushed inches away from customers, food, product, etc? I was told they have no other way of taking their garbage out but by the front entrance???
