KFC — Restaurant in Escanaba

I got food from there then I drove a half hour to my house I picked up my drink to get out of the car and because the drive through person didn't put the lid on all the way so them when I picked it up it fell as spilled all over my food and I called to get a refund and they refused to give me one then I called back and they refused to answer my call because it went straight to voice-mail and this is after also waiting 10 minutes in the drive through because they wouldn't take my order the drive thought worker was also rude and the person who picked up was also rude I rarely go to KFC and this will probably be one of my last times I purchase anything from this restaurant unless they do something about this behavior I also mentioned on the phone that I live a half hour out of town and I told him I would not be able to go back to town again today and he refused to give me a refund and would not even answer the phone when I has someone else call for me don't recommend customer service is awful and my famous bowl...

Haven't been in a long time. So here's my experience: 13 minutes to order, ( only 2 cars ahead of us) 20 minutes to window, paid, sent around to front door for order waiting for fresh biscuits 5 more minutes then park. Go in to the counter - 20 bags sitting there. "what did you order?". 6 piece meal deal. Paid 21 + dollars. Pick a bag. "Oh this looks like it". Ordered original. Got home with extra crispy. Only 5 pieces. What we got was edible. Not worth the long wait. I won't be back. Terrible service. One guy standing around in the back with hands in pockets. . People going on break during high dinner hours. Manager you got to schedule better or list apx wait times. NO ONE wants to wait 45 minutes for drive thru chicken. FYI the man who walked in to order when we went in the drive thru line came out while we were parked by the front door waiting for the biscuits. So he saved 5 minutes. In 45 minutes I can have chicken dinner ready at home and save 20 bucks. Very disappointed. I can recommend...

Feb 8 -17 our experience here was pretty crappie to say the least. To start off we brought in 10 kids. Before ordering we asked if they had "coaches meals" which means since there is x amount of kids coaches of the high school/college sports teams get their meal free. We were told that yes they do participate in the program. After our kids ordered we walked up and began to place our order which we were demanded to pay. Which we responded that we were again the coaches of the team. Then the lady who was working the counter who we asked about the coaches meals prior to our kids ordering told us there was no such thing. Then as we asked to speak to management 'Sheena King' who started off with "worked here 10 damn years ain't no damn thing". Great people skills. Second as they were handling the food they did not have gloves on. As they went from preparing food to running the register then picking things off of the floor without any transition to washing their hands or putting on gloves. Absolutely...
