Owners of this place are liars and thieves, they don't stand behind none of their products. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. I purchased a faulty product and they gave me the run around even gave me a fake phone number to a smoke shop in Detroit called Cash and Carry which would have exchanged the faulty product no problem. I called multiple times and was given the run around everytime. Everything they told me to do I did, I contacted the breeze company and they said I should have no problem returning a faulty device to the retailer that sold it. Not Wild West tobacco they said you have to open the devices and try them in the store no matter how many you buy. So if you buy 3 or 4 at a time they expect you to open everyone of those up and try all of them in the store before you leave.
