Sandwiches are always very good, bread is always soft and fresh. Highly recommend this place in the industrial area off Auto Parkway in Escondido. Dropped a star because the last few months, they never pick up the phone to take orders. My owner likes me to order sandwiches there for his business meetings. I have to call the day before or early the next morning to get someone to pick up their phone. I've tried for hours this morning 2/18 and have yet to get an answer. Now I have to go a 1/2 hour early to order in person, just to get my order done by the meeting time. It's just so convenient being so close to our office. Hope they hire...

Fresh veg, friendly staff, clean eating areas with lots of seating in the front and back.

This is the second time I've eaten here both times. I've had no regrets. Good size sandwich portions and they're flexible on the bread. I really love how fresh these sprouts and the avocados are.

My only suggestion is that they should toast the bread because it does get a little soggy from all of the delicious food and condiments. But it really wasn't enough for me to take off a whole star.

I'm conflicted about my review. The owner is very cool and when he makes my sandwich it's always right. However when either of the girls makes my sandwich it is wrong every single time and sloppily made. I decided to chalk it up to "it happens" but this happens every time with them. Also annoying that when they finish making the sandwich they let it sit for at least 7 minutes on the counter before handing it out. Yes 1 girl was making a sandwiches while the other yelled and at and insulted her boss. She coulda taken a break from that to bag...
