Klein Electronics 2-Way Radios — Local services in Escondido

I am very disappointed with Klein Electronics. I recently purchased some DRIFT Single-Wire PTT Earpiece CURL 1-Wire PTT Earpiece USBc from them for my business to test out. The earpieces were very fragile and broke easily within a few days where the usb connects to the phone. Half of the time time the buttons don't even register when we PPT. I tried to return within the reasonable timeframe of using the product, not due to any misuse on my part.

I contacted Klein Electronics about the issue and requested a full refund. They were unhelpful and refused to honor my request claiming that it was my problem for the the poor quality.

Very disappointed in the customer service and quality of the product. I contacted customer service with a problem and they responded with "I tested the headsets and there is a fraction of a second of delay before talking that is standard for two way radios.
