Figaro's Pizza — Restaurant in Estacada

I have never been more unsatisfied with service than tonight. I have been coming here for years and have always had good quality service. I asked for a thin crust, well done, as I always do, and I got regular crust not well done. I call to let them know of the error and the young lady I spoke to pretty much told me they would credit me $5 (corporate policy 😳) or remake the pizza and pick up in another hour after I already waited an hour. I asked for delivery and she proceeded to tell me it would be a $4 delivery charge. Seriously! I ask for a manager and the manager Taylor is unavailable. I decide to pick up the pizza and the lady at the counter proceeds to tell me that the pizza was ordered regular crust. My patience is running thin and proceed to tell her I always order thin crust well done and repeated multiple times to the gentleman that took my order thin crust. Anyway, I get my remade pizza and I check to see if it’s correct and it’s thin, but doughy and not well done! I show the cashier and she agrees it’s not well done. At this point I ask for a full refund. I understand businesses are short staffed, end of the school year and it’s a Friday night, however, I just paid $50 for pizza, made me wait another hour, just to screw it up again. Horrible...

One web page states they are open til 9 on Thursday. Another says til 7. Regardless I attempted to place an online order at 5 pm tonight only to have their system state no more online ordering available until 11:40 am tomorrow. Ridiculous. But family wants pizza. So tried calling. No one ever answered. My husband was on trimet on his way home from work and walked over after getting off bus and they were actually open at 5:30. Workers just hanging out. 2 pizzas ordered almost $35. And here's the kicker. My poor husband gets to wait another 45 minutes for pizzas to be ready. Of course they didn't mention that last part until he'd already paid. The pizzas would have been ready by 5:45 if they had actually been working and answered their phone and not shut down online ordering 2 hours before closing....

The food here is always good! They have a solid variety of menu options and they are pretty quick. The staff is friendly but over the past several years they've made lots of boo-boos, but always try to make it right. The atmosphere is meh, as you would kind of expect because there's really not a whole lot of socializing going on. They are definitely a community staple. Now for the not so great they used to give discounts for take and bake, which makes a lot of sense because it doesn't cost them any money to run the ovens to Cook the pizza. They went away from this I would imagine because it's all about the bottom line but in reality it's really just one of those things that just takes away from the value add that makes people come back and will likely cut away from those...
