OMG these are the best green chile bagels ever! We used to live in Clovis and my husband became hooked on these things. SO much so that bought some on a trip back with my daughter from Texas from AZ. The only thing is, he ended up buying jalapeño bagels instead - he was so disappointed. Imagine my delight when I was able to purchase these from Opels Ice Cream - and have them shipped to Texas where we live now!!! My husband saw that these bagels were fresh (not to mention they were vacuum packed) and was just floored!!!! Loved this little stop! Rode through with friends back in Oct. '21 and we really enjoyed it. The staff was friendly and the servings were generous. I got a single scoop of mint chocolate in a waffle cone and it was a delicious, perfect portion. Others in my group got cobbler, a float, and a banana split and all were great. The chalkboard picnic tables are a fun spot to take a break at, and the 80's-90's music that was playing in the background was...

We asked Opel's to make a couple cobblers for our wedding as an alternative for a wedding cake. Amber was so easy to work with and made the cutest Wedding Cobbler for us.
