This place is the most disrespectful Dairy Queen I have ever been to. The so called âGMâ that he called himself! Slammed the drive through window in my wifeâs face tonight over our mini free blizzard, and when she asked him for his name because we are going to corporate he stated I donât have to give you my name, and slammed the window in her face! All business should have cameras and we are calling corporate over this because the disrespect is unacceptable and no one should be treated the way he treated my wife tonight specially a paying customer like us because we go here 3-4 times a week after we get our 2 new born babies asleep to treat ourself! This kind of management is what will ruin a business and I know we live in Columbus but in Pataskala you feel like you should get the small town respect and courtesy and we will never go here again because of this and I know this canât be his first time with his outburst at customers and I hope if there is more that you come forward because something honestly needs done about how he treated my wife, this is not the Dairy Queen standards and even if privately owned they should not be aloud to treat anyone like they...
Read moreMy family ordered 4 meals 2 of them the crispy chicken sandwich, my son noticed that part of his sandwich was pink with red veins. I took it up and requested a new sandwich cooked extra done. The nice girl at the counter took the partial sandwich and said no problem. While waiting at a booth a woman who I assume to be the manager decided to come into the lobby and make a scene. She was very condescending stating that it wasn't raw and it is pink because it isn't processed food. My sandwich didn't have that and I have never seen the crispy chicken sandwich look like that before. I wasn't trying to get anything for free or complain about anything else just wanted my son to be able to eat what I paid for. But she was insistent, so long story short my son didn't want to eat the pink chicken sandwich he left hungry because she wanted to be right. So they saved the price of a chicken patty and I will be telling everyone about the DQ at the Etna exit. I have worked in food service myself and I don't see why they couldn't just give him a different chicken sandwich. Even if she was right, it was not appetizing to look at and he wouldn't eat it the...
Read moreI ordered a birthday cake with a picture on the cake and asked for three different colors for borders and they covered Part of the birthday girls face With the border. Was not happy with the final product of birthday cake and spoke to an manager and he would only give me five dollar discount because I did not want to pay for the cake with half of the birthday girls face with icing over it. It is definitely not the final product I was expecting. Manager says we print what you sent. So the product, even if it is horrible, will be what you are expected to pay for. He said he tried to call about the cake and my phone went to voicemail and said it was full. I rarely ever have a voice message in my inbox! It is never full. I mentioned when I place the order I would come in on Friday to make sure everythingâs OK for pick up on Saturday. Needless to say I do not recommend Dairy Queen birthday cakes if you have a Personal photograph, you would like On the cake. The manager was yelling at me about the cake and that I had to pay for it and get $5 dollar discount. The Cake did not need to be ready until the next day...
