This place is the most disrespectful Dairy Queen I have ever been to. The so called “GM” that he called himself! My family ordered 4 meals 2 of them the crispy chicken sandwich, my son noticed that part of his sandwich was pink with red veins. I took it up and requested a new sandwich cooked extra done. The nice girl at the counter took the partial sandwich and said no problem. While waiting at a booth a woman who I assume to be the manager decided to come into the lobby and make a scene. She was very condescending stating that it wasn't raw and it is pink because it isn't processed food. My sandwich didn't have that and I have never seen the crispy chicken sandwich look like that before. I wasn't trying to get anything for free or complain about anything else just wanted my son to be able to eat what I paid for. I ordered a birthday cake with a picture on the cake and asked for three different colors for borders and they covered Part of the birthday girls face With the border. Was not happy with the final product of birthday cake and spoke to an manager and he would only give me five dollar discount because I did not want to pay for the cake with half of the birthday girls face with icing over it. It is definitely not the final product I was expecting. Manager says we print what you sent. So the product, even if it is horrible, will be what you are expected to pay for.
