So, I ordered 4 drinks on the app. While I'm inside waiting, I ask for the pin for the stupid bathroom. She was like do you have an order? Very rudely. Bro I shouldn't have to explain myself while asking for someone to be humane. I order here all the time and loath starbucks. Always gets my orders wrong but wants to police the stupid bathroom. Just proves they don't recognize regulars. The writing on cups isn't personalizing nothing when you don't remember people who come in all the time. Such garbage business. Spent 25.42 and was still questioned if thats good enough to be considered worthy of a bathroom. Just so lacking basic etiquette of human decency.
Update. I was there the other day and while waiting (I stopped asking for the pin btw, I just go next door to sub place when hubs gets a sub there, theyve never said anything and I dont even go in at same time as hubs, they seem busy and polite making subs not policing bathroom) anyway, but I seen a guy walk in and immediately ask for pin and girl just gives it to him?! Nobody questions him. When he done in bathroom he comes out and orders. So definitely some discrimination going on with how they are monitoring the bathrooms at this location, it seems. He didnt appear to be Jesus either so idk why that dude got the welcoming mat as technically he was not a paying customer yet. They definitely cant follow their own policies and just seems like they like the feel of some power it seems of having the capabilities to discriminate against the customers of their choosing and that actually belong in this...

Read moreThis is the BEST Starbucks I’ve ever visited. I’ve been a Starbucks customer for probably 20 years. I will go out of my way to go to the Etna location. They have the best customer service of any Starbucks I’ve ever visited & better than another other restaurant/coffee shop I’ve been to in years. EVERY staff member is kind, and upbeat & they are so efficient. Every other Starbucks in the area is a 20 minute wait minimum in the drive thru. We went through this weekend and as soon as we pulled up to the window they had all 4 of our drinks and food in a drink carrier ready to go!
