Terrible service on 9/17/18 around 8 PM. The bartender may have charged a customer for a tab twice by stacking the first tab with a second tab. When asked about it, the bartender just became defensive and said that she didn't benefit from overcharging people, but there are definitely ways for a bartender to benefit. The customer who was obviously upset about the tab and was discussing it with her friends, when the bartender thought it necessary to say "if your going to sit over there and talk smack about me, you can just leave." It just seemed to escalate from there and ended with the customer and her friends leaving vowing to never return. What I witnessed was an utter and complete failure of customer service on the part of the bartender. Combined that with the fact that I observed the bar unattended for 5-10 muinutes at a time would lead me to fire the bartender if she was my employee. Two times in a row, I've had a negative experience with the bar tending. The first time, I gave the benefit of the doubt, thinking maybe she was having a bad day. But this time I was given a rude reaction in response to my check. I wasn't aware of the extra charge when spending under $10 with a card, so I was just asking what the extra charge was for. The bar tender said this policy was posted at the bar. When my group asked where it was posted, she was very rude with her response and then walked away from us. I'm a very polite person and I never write bad reviews like this, but I have been very unimpressed with the service at this point, and now this bar has lost my business,...

Used to come out here for a really good bike night back when I rode as literally nobody rides these days. Was called Dapper Dans then. Dollar beers. Met a lot of nice people. Out here to grab some very good Chinese food next door. Here I am ten years later.
