Dale's Deli — Restaurant in Euclid

Long post alert!!! 'Chicken Philly' So, I only went to this place because a coworker suggested it. Not a tidy place & it had limited parking. My first question to the lady out front was "did she accept credit?" She said yes but I later found out it came with a charge; Because it was insignificant I just wish she would've mentioned it first so I could've had the choice. Then she asked if I wanted fries, which you would think would come with it & I said "ofcourse!" She then asked if I wanted sauce on the fries & I said yes because I wanted the full experience. She then gave me my total which was a "little" bit different than on the menu lol. I asked what happened & she proceeded with "it's extra for credit, extra for fries & for the "homemade" sauce... I just thought it should've been told to me before hand but whatever right. So I try the food hoping it was worth it - The sandwich looked beautiful but the fries were hard, so I thought I would wait & allow the sauce to soften them up so I drove to my next destination. Finally after making a few stops I get to a place where I can eat & the homemade sauce taste less exciting than a store bought one - disappointing & the entire sandwich was salty. Knowing I would give a not-so-positive review, I thought I would call to tell them of my first time experience so I could see what kind of place it really was. The lady answers & says something so fast it's unrecognizable. I was hoping it was "hold on" so I waited a few minutes & when no one came back I hung up & called again. She answers again & with unnecessary attitude she says in an irritated voice "Hoooollllldddd pllllllleeeeaaaassse" & clicks off again so I wait. I ask for the manager & she says it's her (I am shocked but not very). I tell her that the food was salty & she proceeds to asks me, what I perceive to be pointless questions like "what time were you here, what did you order, what all was on it" & ofcourse you're thinking "that's not dumb, she's going to replace your food". Me and my family placed an order yesterday 7/25/22. The total amount of the order was 31.35 and the ticket number 94. Was told 25-30 minutes. Sat in the parking lot to wait. Heard the cashier come outside and tell someone the cook pulled their ticket therefore that guy got his food first. Went in to get food and then was told 15-30 more minutes.
