Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in Eufaula

We made an online order and then waited in the restaurant. It said our order would be done in 10 minutes. We sat for 20 minutes waiting I asked about my order they said they were working on it but they never asked for a name then after 30 minutes talking to the employees again they said, " Oh, somebody must have taken your food," but no one ever called our name. Look at the picture I have attached. See the way they have the food just set on the rack with no means of control that anybody can come up to take it. So if you order food, expect, sometimes not to get it or to wait triple the time that you were supposed to be picking it up. Then, to top it off after getting our food, it ended up with the order being messed up after they made it again. The chicken fingers were plain when our order clearly stated a sauce to be tossed in, and then my 8-piece turned into a 6-piece. It was busy when I placed the order, but not as I was waiting for it. Though it doesn't make up for the headache of some Joe smole stealing our order while they were grabbing their order or even worse, somebody knowing that they can come in at any time and grab an order for a free meal. I went to Zaxbys in Eufaula, AL yesterday as I do very often but yesterday's experience was extremely bad!!! So much so that I'll never go back there! We ordered our food and got to the window to pick it up and the young boy had our drinks mixed up. He didn't know which was one was which! So we had to open the lids and taste them to determine what drink it was! As we were doing this the manager came out and rudely screamed at us that "we have received our service and we needed to go". This was the Manager on duty!! This is a terrible way to treat your customers!! We were given the wrong drinks and no sauce for our chicken!!! This is unacceptable treatment and awful customers service!! So we paid for food we didn't get but got treated rudely by the management!! Crazy ...They'll never get my service...

This is one of the nastiest restaurants I have been in in a long time. We arrived at 10:30 am went inside to order 2 large sweet teas. They were out of large cups so we took the medium they were out of lids for the medium and large cups. The machine that had the ice was filthy the entire back side of it where you sit your cup was filled with dried coke stains and ice was all over the floor. The counter where drink supplies are was dirty. Outside the door as you entered the building, the trash can was completely full and overflowing to the ground and on the ground. At the other entrance, same thing.
