This is probably both the worst Little Caesars and generally the worst food place I've ever seen. All of the managers are so incredibly disorganized and treat their employees very poorly. Everyone looks upset to be there and I even overheard someone in the back say that there was a three month old check sitting on a desk that never got sent to somebody; meaning someone didn't get paid. The managers are just so incompetent and uncaring. Absolutely nobody there seems so have any idea what they're actually doing, and I don't think any of the employees working there (other than managers) have been there longer than a couple weeks.
All of the food is under cooked and legitimately looks and tastes disgusting, it's hard to even want to eat it. For example, my roommate recently bought a pizza and some breadsticks from here, and they didn't have the breadsticks immediately ready; so they took them out before they were finished cooking and handed them to her so she'd leave. The pizza itself was under cooked, and a weird rubbery texture. The pepperonis specifically even made me feel nauseous for the rest of the day.
I legitimately have never seen a restaurant as bad as this one. Do not bother buying anything from them. There's a chance that you'll get sick, or have to see the poor employees be yelled at. Go to a different Little Caesars if you want their food that bad.
And don't bother applying for a job with them either. You will either be treated poorly after getting hired, or they'll find a million different reasons to avoid hiring you at all, such as their system being broken because the main manager forgot his password to it and having to wait for HR to fix it for them, or him outright saying that he leaves most of the hiring work to this other poor girl (who seems to do almost everything for him!), so come in later to talk to her specifically... then her saying she has to wait for him to come in so she can have you talk to him, etc, etc, etc, it goes on and on. You're literally better off trying to work at some McDonald's or even just some other Little Caesars.
They don't care, they're disorganized, and they're stupid. Nothing about this location is even close to worth it.

Read moreI have been going to this Little Caesars pizza for years. We have always had great service and we talked with the owner often. Now, in the new location by Bi Mart parking lot, we enjoyed the bigger store, more parking and supporting the owner. We have now had many issues with customer service, receive the wrong type of pizza, burnt on the top and rude manager. The worst manager is the tall black haired guy. We have had many "run ins" with him: condescending, treat people with no respect, feels he is above all. We have been able to work things out until now. Same guy, I watched how he treated the lady in front of me, hurry up and get out attitude, the reason for my call and going back to the pizza place was a simple fix; we ordered a regular and a deep dish pepperoni but received a regular and a thin "snack" style. I called, they said bring back to store but by the time I could get in the house most was eaten. But wait, it's COVID-19 time, why was I bringing it back to store? They would not accept the picture taken.. So back to the bad manager; condensending attitude, asked what style pizza we originally ordered, 1regular and one deep dish. He said, No, you clearly ordered the thin crust and a regular, I said then there was a misunderstanding over the phone, he said No, there was no mis - understand, in a slow voice, you ordered a thin crust and we are not going to to change it. You have no idea what you ordered. I said there seams to be a bad energy with the customer service and I have been in customer service all my life and you don't make the cut. He was telling me to leave and go.away.. I said I would never come back again.. ended on a bad note. Manager black hair, tall...
Read moreThere isn't much that stands out here. Just okay pizza. I did notice several signs on the door specifically related to the covid concern. One required only 2 customers in the store at a time. The other required consumers to wait outside until there order was ready. Not unreasonable by any means however. No one enforced these requirements. I had been waiting for my pizza for approximately 15 minutes and wanted to check the status of my order. There were already 2 people inside so i stepped in just to ask. As i stood at the door, 2 more people came in. The staff noticed all of us in the lobby but did not leave her station. Then another couple came in. An employee was walking in and out of the front door but said nothing. We all waited about 5 minutes before any efort was made to help the crowd assembledin the tiny room. The employee looked at me and asked who's next. I pointed to my left and right (the 2 women that were already in the store) the both declined stating they were waiting for their orders. I asked about the status of my order then stepped back outside. The thing that bothers me is why have signs up if they're not going to be enforced. The 2 women waiting for their pizza maxed out the occupancy limit, they should have been asked to wait outside like everyone else. And for those that were waiting out side, the employee should have been coming out to let us know our orders were ready (I continued to wait another 15 minutes, no one came out to let me know my order was ready). Furthermore, if the occupancy limit is being reached why do the staff continue to notice the issue but say nothing, do nothing? Overall I just wasn't...
