Jimmy John’s — Restaurant in Euless

The sandwiches are decent as it's just another mediocre Jimmy John's. I wouldn't go out of your way to go to this shop unless it's close by. The food is generally kept fresh, with some days here and there (often enough to be noted) where the tomatoes are soggy, bread is hard , onions are foul, etc.

Of course the prepackaged products are consistent, no complaints there. Cookies are always good, and the chips even better.

There was a golden age of this store where it felt like there was better management and more lively people. More consistent sandwiches, quality of product, customer service, and even better vibes (of course with some caveats here and there but those were easy to look over). Professional yet friendly and personal.

But, unfortunately, most of the familiar faces that made the shop enjoyable to go to seem to have left. What was once a community driven sandwich shop has turned into another soulless fast food joint with no character.

The reason for the one star is because I feel like those people are who made this place feel (and taste) like a five star establishment, and without them I can't see myself wanting to go there anymore. Of course the food can be okay but why would I order here paying premium prices for food I can get that's more consistent and fresh at other locations or sandwich shops. It's a stark contrast that I don't think I can look over, both customer service and quality.

I want to brag about Jimmy John’s at Hwy 360/Glade in Euless, TX.. I had the best sandwich I have ever eaten. I highly recommend this place. The place was very clean. The staff was very polite. You can’t go wrong with Jimmy Johns at Hwy 360/Glade in Euless TX. I have never eaten at Jimmy Johns until today Tuesday August 17th around 2:00 pm. The sandwich was very fresh. Chips were very good. You have unlimited soft drinks. Nice cool place to enjoy any type of sandwhich you want. Sit back at the table looking out the big glass windows and watch the air planes fly over and enjoy the view while your eating. I watched the storm come in the metroplex while eating looking through the big glass windows. It was awesome. Highly recommend Jimmy John’s at Hwy360/Glade in Euless TX....

Ordered a sandwich with a delay today about two hours ago to be delivered with a two hour delay to a hotel. Once I placed the order it said immediately out for delivery? I went to check outside my room door there was nothing … Around the time of my delivery I never get any notifications or anything that my order left or delivered and finally it was 10 minutes after the supposed delivery I look outside my door and the sandwich is on the side where you can’t see it unless you go outside … who knows maybe it’s been there since 2 hrs ago ? Also I ordered a side of avocado spread and it was put on my tuna sandwich 🥪 … super disappointed with this location today
