I don’t normally write reviews but I am so impressed with the food quality, the service and the cleanliness that I had to write this review. For me, they are the ”Chic fil A” of Sonics !!! Great food, extremely clean on both sides of the counter and every single employee is neat, polite and professional !!! Because of these reasons I get food and drink here often !!! Sonic has hired the right people to work here from the manager on down and I am very impressed !!! They are definitely committed to the customer’s total satisfaction. Also worth noting is that Erick and Isabella take the most care when making Sonic Shakes and Blasts !!! They ensure everything is mixed evenly throughout the Blast from top to bottom. That’s a big deal to me. And if you have ever had one made somewhere else and it’s not made like this…you know what I mean. Especially the Cheesecake Shake. It’s sour and gross when not blended from top to bottom !!! You will never have a problem with your shakes and Blasts at this Sonic !!!! And one last point. It’s like every time order from this one manager she has a rude demeanor I ordered today and I asked for a strawberry Limeade slush and all I got was a white slush with strawberries I have been ordering this drink since 2010 and she stated we never had strawberry syrup ok understandable but I damn sure know a strawberry limeade slush is supposed to be red with strawberries and lemon or lime and she honestly didn’t give me strawberries. I visited this location twice, the first time the service was great, food was fresh etc. The second time was 6/19/25 at about 4:30pm, I ordered a medium onion ring & 2 corn dogs, there was no line & I was expecting freshness as like I received previously. My onion rings whole fresh were very overcooked, the corn dogs WERE COLD & filled with grease, I wasn’t even a full 5 minutes down the street so I called the store & spoke with Ashley the manager who was being very condescending in her tone when I expressed to her that my food was not fresh & she states that all their food is fresh & cooked to order.
