Needs some serious updating by the landlord, ceiling tiles and Spanish style chipping roof product have been falling onto the sidewalk.Tenants in their stores are covering their products because the roof has been leaking for over 1 yr, can't read street signs because one is completely blown out and the other side is held together by tape.If that wasn't enough over grown trees and bushes cover all of the street signs from being able to be read much less noticed. The groomer has asked if out of her own dine she cut down a tree that blocked her sign and the answer was no. The grass is too tall and filled with weeds and stickers. It seems that the people who rent their business from him are scared to say anything to him.For years the other buisness owners would all come to me complaining that the ceiling tiles had been dripping water all over and the final straw was when the nail salon had a client in the chair and a tile fell on their head and the client was covered in old water, slime and mouse droppings. the leaks had been going on for over a year with constant email and text communication with the landlord. All we would get back from him is that he was working with the insurance company and we would just have to wait and see. In the mean time a water drainage valve from the ceiling fell apart and blew water into our ballroom non stop for over 30min before our ADT alarm company notified us that someone was breaking into the ballroom. I called the cops and drove up there. It's a 39 min drive so by the time I got there more than 80% of the venue was covered in 3-4 inches of water. There was a massive whole in the ceiling drywall with water pouring out and onto the floor. I immediately put all of our large rolling trash cans under the leaks and used the carpet cleaner AMD water vac to start sucking up the water. I called the owner of the building and asked for a 24hr water restoration service company to come out her immediately and he told me "no that costs to much" I'll call Tony and he can help me about the condition of the building and that the owner had not stopped by to check on his property.and get a water restoration company out her immediately. Once we were able to remove the loose water from the floors but not the dry wall and permanent fixtures the smell of mold had over powered the venue it was steamy and hot outside. Once the contractors got payment to buy supplies then we could no longer have staff working on the property without proper safety equipment. We didnt have proper safety equipment for our clients to protect them from nails during the tours as well. The contractor was able to move extremely fast and do a wonderful job considering the amount of time he had to extremely hard work he and his crew had to do!so I wanted to post a few pictures of his beautiful work! If you ever need a sm or lg job done at your house just give Tony a call he will go over and beyond whatever you expected! He even hardwood floors on the Silver ballroom kitchen and dance floor area. It looks like a million dollars! He painted all of the baseboards that with my type a personality drove me nutty. He re did some of the areas in the lobby that needed the stained concrete flooring redone die ti extra peeling from the water damage. The dust that came up from grinding the concrete was extremely toxic and the after that you had to be in fuljumpers and masks and goggles w gloves to clean it up. The following 2 days when you had to Seal the concrete the toxic fumes made it so no one could run their business. Other tenants called the landlord upset. My job is such a blessing tf my clients let me be a apart of their special day I couldn't in my wildest dreams come up with a better job description in my head and every single day my job phantasy comes true.Jessica and I truly love each and everyone of you and we absolutely can't wait to meet even more of you future brides, grooms &traditional party goers! Come celebrate your heart our and dance until you can no longer feel your feet with The...
Read moreurban grooming is the best. I also use the 7-11 quite often and they're good but often very busy, and there's that old guy that always loiters outside that they let hangout and leaves his garbage where he sits and on top of the ice machine, which is annoying. i've complained over the last several years since he's been doing it (he didn't use to, he'd just walk around the neighborhood before) but they haven't done...
Read moreNice little corner spot. Has a few things to go to and utilize. The place in the back, The Reserve, is a really nice location for events, weddings, or smaller conferences. It doesnât really look like much from the outside, but once you actually get inside, itâs definitely a more elegant looking place. Some associates of mine & I have only used it a couple of times so far, but itâs been...
