I wish I could give a better and higher review. Due to the manager is very rude with a very bad attitude. She was asked a simple question of if someone we knew was working cause we saw her make a very messy sandwich and did not want her making ours. She got extremely rude and said "no, but I'm here what do you want?" Very unprofessional that she said that and is wearing her hat backwards. She was on her phone out in front of customers while we were sitting there and eating, which is very unprofessional. If I see her there, I will not be doing business there. If I ask her if someone else is working and she gets an attitude with my family or myself again I will be walking out. She was also acting very rude and racist towards anyone who had a darker skin color. If you looked like you didn't have money she was rude with. The restaurant looks great and I hate i cant give it a higher review. Please reconsider your management before she runs all your business off.
Edit: will no longer due business with any of their business after a negative response from the owners. If we go to subway.com, you as the owner get the review either way. So if you get a negative review here or there see about fixing the problem. Word has gotten out and more and more people are no longer giving their business to any of their locations. She acted like she was better than god while in there not doing her job at all. She was standing around out front, and on her phone texting, as well as a few phone calls while we were eating there. Will not being going back. The owners have some many things to fix before I go back. Edit: will not be doing business at any of there locations anymore! You have your EMPLOYEES leaving 5 star reviews instead of fixing the problem that is the rude manager. Favoritism at it's finest there. So unprofessional having your employees leave reviews so you look better. Maybe don't run 4 businesses if you can't fix any of the reoccurring problems. Will not be taking this to Subway.com cause the owner doesn't want the negative reviews where everyone can see them.
