So I bought a tool from the store but it just didn’t do the job right. I asked for an in store credit the lady said ok. When I came back to the register this little guy said we can’t exchange it. I asked him why and he said just be cause the tool didn’t to the job you can’t exchange it and beside one label is coming off. The next customer had bought the wrong space heater and the said said do not return heaters to the store. They let him exchange his heaters. Now what was the difference in his transaction and mine?
