Hotboxx Woodfire Pizza(Mobile) — Restaurant in Eureka Springs

I don’t know how this place stays in business and I’m quite certain that most of the positive reviews are from the owners friends and family members. Yesterday, we were all craving pizza and I was excited to check this place out, as I’d driven by on numerous occasions. I called so many times and no one ever answered the phone, the restaurant is close to my home, so I decided to just drive over there. When I arrived, there was one table of patrons and one customer at the bar. I went to place my order and was told that it would be at least an hour before they would take any more orders. Needless to say, I left, as there was no explanation as to why. Today, per the hours on their website, I called again several times and no one answered the phone. I understand we’re on island time here, but every business should have some degree of consistency. The pizza was excellent. It was the best pizza we've had in a very long time. We had the Delux with mushrooms instead of green peppers and we added roasted garlic. The flavor was really complete, very full and satisfying. The crust was really flavorful as well with great texture. The toppings tasted very high quality and fresh. It all blended and balanced beautifully. The order was exactly as we specified and the prices were good. We arrived on Sunday night at 6:30 pm. Ordered 2 pizzas and wings. After 30 minute wait we were told no wings. Then our pizzas came out at 8:34. Pizza was ok- we were so hungry we were ready to chew off our arms. Couldn’t tab out so my husband threw a 100.00 bill on counter and we left. We saw people wait 30+ minutes to tab out .
