Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Evanston

Highly disappointed in the service. We went in, were told food would be ready 5 to 10 minutes. There were three kids working. The girl was really nice, the kid in the back preparing food was too. My issue was with “Jay” or “J”. He just kept talking to other kids, one an off the clock employee. The girl kept asking him for help, and he just couldn’t be bothered. Got my food about 25 mins later. I was excited to try the cheesesteak crazy puffs, but the presentation was more than disappointing. First visit to this place was quick but the pizzas I got weren't that great, I thought maybe it's just because they're starting out. Second time I went the employees were throwing each other snarky comments on what needs to get done and who it goes to while there are 4 groups there waiting for orders, pizzas again tasted the same as the first. The last time I ordered from here, I tried the pizza, again, cheese sticks and wings. Everything was under cooked especially the wings. 3 chances were enough to keep me away for good, this place will not last...

SO inconsistent. More often than not, the pizza isn’t very good. I’m a huge Little Caesar’s fan, but I have a hard time with this location… breadsticks usually aren’t buttered, pizza isn’t an even thickness so half of it ends up hard in the oven, I’ve gotten old pizza more than once, and the service is slow (online and in person). For a business that is supposed to be “hot and ready”, this place...
