I donāt usually do reviews and am and outgoing person with understanding of how to treat waiters and waitresses, but I decided I should write a review on bad customer service. We came here for lunch with our autistic sons. Our kids were being kids, but as children with autism do they had some outbreaks. I didnāt think it was an issue due to there being nobody else in the restaurant, and my wife and I reprimanding the outbreaks as best as we could, but we did struggle because we are new to this. Our kids werenāt crazy but they were loud which I do apologize for. At the end of our lunch we got up to pay and the male server said āif you come back we will not serve youā then proceeded to accuse my sons of things they did not do. Iām a good parent and I would never allow my sons to treat an establishment which such disrespect that they were accused of. Disappointing customer service, and outrageous disrespect towards my completely able children and wife. My children left crying and were disappointed. While disappointed with customer service the food was great. Hopefully to whomever reads this understands and will hopefully have a better...

I called them 50 mins passed the expected time at 10:14 pm (roughly 11:05 pm), but they had shut off their phones. If they couldn't deliver, they should have called me and told me it will be much later or could have offered a refund. No harm, no foul right?! I will be calling them when they open. I know they are struggling at this location, but this is unacceptable! I don't know if I will be ordering from here in the future. I really want to keep doing so, but at this moment in time, I highly recommend against it. Pick up should be ok, and the food is well made, but if you want delivery, order early in the day.
