I’ve exercised patience time and again with this place, while going sloth-like speeds to take your order, or even waiting 10-15 minutes for food. It’s par for the course on this side of town and this restaurant is no exception. Today, I was finally pushed over the edge.
We stopped in for breakfast and placed our order. We were given our food and I realized I didn’t receive my French toast sticks. I went up to ask for them, only to be told she didn’t charge me for them. She had a line full of people and didn’t bother to try rectifying the situation. Whatever. I had biscuits and gravy. I went to get my drink, only to find they were out of the raspberry tea that I ordered.I dumped it out and asked if she could fill it back there. She said, “If it’s out there, it’s out back here.” Not really wanting a soda, but out of options, I decided to drink one anyway. I go to fill up my cup with ice and the machine had ran out. She said, “There will be ice in a minute.” Fine! I go sit down and come back five minutes later. Still no ice. I’ve now tried to get a drink 3 times, so I ask for a refund. She stood there complaining to another customer, that I wanted a refund because there was no ice. The customer said, “Lord, I’ll pray for you!” Like this lady hadn’t screwed my entire order up! Then took it a step further and said something to the man behind the counter, who I assume was the manager, saying, “She wants a refund over ice!” The lady with me said, “No, she wants a refund because there’s no tea.” The employee snapped back and said, “The tea was never an issue. It’s because there’s no ice!”
Long story short, the ice wasn’t filled until we were completely finished eating and on our way out the door. I didn’t get a drink at all while I was there and I was refused a refund, because your employee decided to be combative over a d@mn drink, while lacking the comprehension skills to realize you supply more than one tea.
Congrats! You guy’s lost a regular customer over a $3 raspberry tea. That may not seem like much, but with the service and wait times you provide, this type of behavior will catch...

For all the times I've patronize this location even when they were severely short staffed of no more than 3 employees during rush hour breakfast taking over 2 hours just to get a meal. Tonight's incident completely overshadowed every 5 star experience I've known for years which I recieved from the franchise. What made it worse the lack of interest or concern until my voice were raised with profanity. Never have I been this upset and i have always been the first to give the benefit of the doubt of a situation for bad service . Even after blowing the horn to get the service, I was seen by the employee who manned the drive thru window & was still ignored. The employee thought the conversation with the other employee was more important than acknowledging, greeting me & taking my order since the note on the drive thru speaker instructions were to go to the window to have your order taken. I publicly apologize for my reactions , nonetheless, it should've never escalated to that level of rage regardless of getting off a 13hour shift only to learn of the death of a close friend while still mourning the anniversary of an immediate relative. Mark this day. Halloween has taken on a whole new meaning. Even as type this contemplating to post or not, Considering this, I have no tolerance for incompetence. Read morei Would highly recommend nobody ever stop at this Hardee’s. I went in there this morning to order our breakfast, as their drive thru was literally lined all the way to the road. When I finished ordering, the lady goes “$20 for 4 sandwiches? Really?” And I told her it was what we wanted, so it was what I was getting. She then looks at me with a snotty face and goes “well I guess if you’ve got it. But you would’ve been better off at McDonald’s spending $6” like, who are you to assume my financial situation or try to send me somewhere else. This is the same lady who argued with me a month ago about whether I could get what the coupon said I could get or not. Not to mention, a week ago, they handed my drive thru order out to the car in front of me by accident and when the customer brought the food back in, THEY TRIED TO JUST PUT IT IN ANOTHER BAG AND GIVE IT TO ME! The manager couldn’t even understand why I would be upset about getting food that somebody else had already dug through. That same visit, I was made to park my car, go in, make my own drinks, and proceed to stand around another 20 minutes waiting for my food, after being in the drive thru for 30.
