Lin's Garden — Restaurant in Evansville

Real poor quality. I had eaten from here a few times when I moved to town many years ago and didn't care for it. I heard that it was under new ownership, so I gave it a try again. We had mai fun noodles...no flavor. General Tso's chicken was so sugary and over cooked, I could barely eat any of it. The egg rolls and fried rice were not horrible, but not very high quality either. Sadly, Evansville has so few restaurants, this place will likely continue to do well while serving subpar food, but this town deserves better Chinese...

Not sure what happened, but I used to rate this a 5, and the last 4 times I ordered food it was all overcooked and dry. It's been a solid couple years since I've been back to Evansville and I thought maybe it was just a fluke. I gave it 4 tries and it's not so much looking like a fluke anymore. My whole family LOVES the food from Lin's Garden. They will make it as spicy or mild as you desire! Just ask when ordering. We've had nearly every thing on the menu and order from Lin's 3-5 times a month.
