I gave it one star because i had to pick one but i have always had a great experience with this location until today. Well when i went in today the man that was working the front seemed to be very frustrated because i was ordering alot of food (i was ordering food for my kids myself and my fiance) then once i got my food and i stepped to the side where tbe other window is closed and was checking my food to make sure all my fiid was there because it didnt look like it which all the food wasnt there so i heard a lady in the back saying they sitting there eating their food and someone is outside waiting now hes walking away which he wasnt. And i told them i wasnt eating my food i was checking it because i had food missing. So then a lady came around and came thru the doors and told me i needed to get out cuz someone is waiting to come in and i told her i was missing food and she argued with me telling me that i wasnt missing food and if i was then i didnt order which i had the reciept saying i did order it she continue to be rude as ever them she goes bck to the kitchen and someone asked her what happen and she said "she got smart with me so i got smart back i dont know who she thought i was" and i told her no u got smart with me so i got smart back amd i told her they had bad customer service and if thats how they treat they customers them they will lose customers being rude like that. So i told the guy that was at the window that i was missing food and he try to tell me i wasnt and i told him that i was missing 3 fries and he try to tell me that i only ordered 1 and i told him no i ordered 1 by itself and i had ordered 3 of the $3 combo meals and i was missing those fries amd he still try to tell me no i said look at the bottom of the reciept and u will see and he seen it then told they lady thay was very rude they gave me the fries but they didnt apologize or anything and i let them know that i was going to call corporate and that they just lost a customer because no matter what every time i go to that rallys i never spend less then 30 dollars. So to be treated theyl way they did was unacceptable. And yes i did call corporate office currently waitimg on someone to contact me back. What they did today is very very unprofessional. Read moreThere’s always that one employee, that has to ruin it for everyone. We stop here often on our way home from work around midnight and the guys that work that shift are great. The service and the food are on point.
I’ve come here twice during the day and the food/service is a completely different experience. It’s like visiting a whole different restaurant. Last time we came, our fries were inedible. They were soggy and limp, because they hadn’t been cooked long enough and dripping in grease. I just chalked it off as an off day. It happens 🤷♀️
Today I came through and the lady who waited on me was so rude, I don’t know that I’ll ever come back. I almost just drove off and wish now that I would’ve. Her attitude completely ruined my appetite! I pulled up to the window and her whole demeanor was terrible. She didn’t greet us, just started rattling off the order. I asked if the burger I had ordered was a double, because there was some confusion on my end whether I had ordered the right thing or not. She said “Double or triple”, as if that answered my question. I had my rewards app open. As soon as I showed it to her, she loudly huffed “Ugh!” Then rudely said “What’s your number?!” She typed it in and said “It’s not taking your number!” Thinking the code might make it easier for her, I said “The code is….” and went to give her the code instead. As rudely as she could’ve been, she cut me off mid sentence and said “You need to hang on!” I said, “Oh, Wow!” It was at that point, I almost drove off. However, I had my son with me and he had ordered food too. She handed me my card and food without saying anything, then walked away from the window. To hell with my drinks that were wrong.

Read moreI ordered a 10 piece wing combo meal at 12:51 am on my way in to work. It was 20$ and some change which is ridiculous all by itself but I drive out of town every night for work so I didn’t check my food for probably a half hour and they said they cooked the wings fresh so I assumed they would be pretty hot. When I checked my food I actually had 2 French fries a 3 piece chicken tender and a baconzilla burger. I’m allergic to bacon. I tried calling the restaurant as did my wife atleast 40 times with no one ever answering and no way to leave a message. I was forced to try eat the chicken strips and one fry by by the time I get to work out of town there isn’t a lot of options for food. I just stopped back at rally’s on my way home and spoke with a manager and explained the situation. I explained that I’m sure someone else said something bc they didn’t receive their food either, atleast right away. She said well there were no complaints, insinuating im lying. Then said if I gave her a receipt that she could replace it, I explained I didn’t receive a receipt bc I didn’t receive my food and it’s in the bag. She said well if I gave her the other receipt then she could do something but I didn’t save that receipt. I just assumed that they would make it right since I spent 20$ and change and I know the exact minute I was in the drive thru at 12:51 am so she could easily pull it up and see that the people after me had to have their order remade. This customer service is ridiculous especially in this economy when you are spending that amount of money for wings.
