I'm sitting at sonic right now all I ordered is 2 burritos and a milkshake and I've been waiting 45 minutes for my order still haven't gotten it this is ridiculous doesn't seem like anyone here is working at all I'm parked upfront in stall 1 and have only seen 2 or 3 orders come out such a waste of time food should be comped at this point Update finally got my food it's cold and tastes like crap and it ended up making me sick then they hardly put any chocolate in the milkshake when I asked and got charged for extra extra chocolate I should get my money back but I know they wouldn't do it and I'm not in the mood to go back up there and wait another hour just to try and get a refund this place still sucks after the new management the owner's should be absolutely ashamed of how they are running this place I'm from the south where sonic is everywhere and I've never had such a horrible experience with Sonic until going here don't go here and waste time and your money, it's crappy food and horrible customer service, the owner's and management should honestly be reaching out to people and offering refunds then take a good look at how this place is failing and they should sell it to someone who knows how to run a business like this because they obviously don't have a clue and I see multiple reviews on here for the same day I was there so it's not just me, but I highly doubt management or the owner's care otherwise it wouldn't be ran this way. Read moreWe ordered on the app specifically so we could be in and out as we have an infant and we didn't get our order until over an hour later. Yes I intercomed around 30min mark and was told "we'll be right with you." No one got back so intercomed again was told to hold on again nothing... than intercomed and someone finally talked to me asking what the name on order was and said "it was coming out now." Nope that order was for another unfortunate person waiting forever. After another 5mins intercomed again and they said "oh we'll look into it." They didn't ask my name or what the order number was just that they are extremely busy and left.... wait another 15mins and that's when I went inside because at this point we needed to leave. They gave me every excuse in the book to why they didn't have our order made even though everyone that was there at the time we got there had their orders or had left by then. Read moreI visited this Sonic maybe 3 times while I was taking a break from driving my big rig. 1st 2 times visiting, I got cold fries which were very bad. The last time I visited here my meal was 9 dollars and some change. I never received a reciept on that last visit. I paid with my debit card and when I recently went to look at my statement, they over charged me an extra 10 dollars. I was very unhappy when I saw how much they ripped me off. Since they never gave me a reciept for this last purchase, I dont think I have any recourse. I am very upset that they did this and I will never go back. I will call them but I doubt that they will make things right. I would just say, STAY AWAY.
UPDATE 10/15/20 I was totally suprised that I got a phone call from Sonic who gave my number to the manager of the Sonic I visited. She called me back and gave me a gift card for $12.
