I have to get better about recognizing amazing service, so here it is…. First off, I myself have worked in the coffee industry for 15 years. I recently decided to take a break and drive long distance deliveries for a while. I am so excited to try different shops around Wyoming and Nebraska. This one got my attention with great customer service and a delicious cup of coffee!! I have worked with many personalities in this industry myself as a manager and Brandalynn has something the industry needs more of. She held a great conversation and seemed happy to be working a busy day!! Bitter baristas make bitter coffee. Sorry but it’s true! lol She also mentioned she was only two weeks into her coffee career and my coffee was perfect! (oat milk pistachio latte) Props to the manager and their training!! I know that level of care and skill came from somewhere! I drive through town often and will absolutely be back for more! I purchased a bag of dark roast from Snowy Elk Coffee Co. as well that I can’t wait to brew! 😋 I am sucker for trying locally roasted beans and will update.

Good latte, refreshingly medium roast compared to the bolder chains. New friendly staff just opening and with two managers hipstering around while one does all the millennial work, surely they will make it all better.

STEM Tip: the old adage was only one in 10 business start ups made it. Couching the fact that franchises are different and were, btw, rated top investment opps. in 2016, this old adage need not apply today. Recent small business data show there is more to the story, where many businesses that make it to year three have greater than 50/50 odds of thriving and the landscape of industry is highly relevant. So a science biotech company vs. an engineering firm start up in good old Wyoming vs. a coffee kiosk pop up have different relative valuations and success inputs and outcomes along their timelines. The location is convenient (it was near the hotel we stayed at the night before) and we were able to fill up with gas at the same stop. The center itself was clean and trendy.
