Subway — Restaurant in Evansville

I came to this location around early evening. It was just after a Trucking job. When I arrived I immediately went for the men’s bathroom. It was locked. I assumed since I had been here before that perhaps someone was in it. I await patiently for my turn but no luck. I had been here before and had no issue just a few weeks prior. The guy eventually tells me I’m not allowed to use the men’s bathroom. I looked at him very confused. Like what.? I asked if it was being cleaned or was clogged up. He then proceeds to explain neither of those were the case. He points at the woman’s restroom. That door too was locked. As a Man with long hair who’s never been through this kind of discrimination at a Subway… I was a bit surprised at the employee’s hate toward me. After even offering to buy food he then explains I can’t buy food ( at a Subway hours before closing…). As I was in a hurry. I decide not to argue with this unprofessionalism. I had to resort to going to McDonalds about 15 minutes away. To use the bathroom. I asked the workers at McDonald’s if they wanted me to buy food since I used the bathroom. They were like nah it’s not required. Told me to have a great day. Would not recommend this...

So this is photos from when this subway had a fly in my food. Honestly UNACCEPTABLE . I asked for a refund for a half because I didn’t continue to eat it, they said no .. there is a deadass fly in my food and ur fast food saying no? My girlfriend then later called ,went off & they decided to give me refund while almost trying to make me pay for the sandwich they offered for free. This place is disrespectful and the lady mean mugged me as if she was mad? Why are you mad that yall are nasty. Please shut this place down before they get someone sick or even worse . I bet they don’t even wash...

Once again i come to the covert avenue store to try and get a refund for the online order from the subway app I came to pickup at 830am on 5/13/25 they were not opened I called all day no answer. Today I went there at 815 am to try and get a refund, there was a car in the lot so I assumed someone was there but they refuse to answer the phone or the door. This is extremely unprofessional, I have already made 2 complaints to corporate about this, they should shut this...
