I recently had the pleasure of dining at Outback Steakhouse, and I must say that my experience was truly outstanding, thanks to the incredible service provided by Rebecca, an exceptional server who went above and beyond to make our evening unforgettable.

From the moment we walked through the doors, Rebecca greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel instantly welcome. Her professionalism and attention to detail were evident throughout the entire dining experience. Not only did she possess an extensive knowledge of the menu, but she also took the time to patiently explain the various dishes and make excellent recommendations based on our preferences.

The food is good , but the service is not the greatest. The wait time is always ridiculous and then by the time you are seated and get your drinks , it takes a while for the waiter/ waitress to even come back and take your order. There have been multiple occasions where I have made a reservation and still had to wait at least 30-40 minutes before being seated. What really set it off is tonight, my boyfriend and I went to have dinner. We made a reservation with the app which worked out great. We arrived and checked in before our wait time and waited patiently . We were told the wait time would be about 15 minutes . Which the waiting doesn't typically bother me at resturants ,but my built up not so good past expierences here have already made me a little agitated to begin with. As we were waiting other couples started coming in and families . Some in groups of two , others in as many as five . Now the bar area we were neglected to be notified by the front that it was self serve seating ( where you seat yourself ). We waited and waited as other couples that came in after us were seated or seated themselves at the self serve bar. It seemed as though we were forgotten about . Just as my boyfriend was ready to walk out , we were seated in the self serve area . We were later notified by our waitress that it was a self seating area , which can help cut the wait time. I felt that the front were friendly , but had very poor service . Our waitress on the other hand , Taylor, was amazing . She apologized for us having to wait so long and brought our order out promptly and always checked to see if we needed anything . I believe we have had her in the past before as well and she has always been great and provided amazing service. Great food but a couple of issues. 99% of the time my family ordered curbside pickup something was missing. Either a side, entree, addition to a dish, deletion from a dish, or app was missing each more than once, sometimes with multiple things missing at once. Except when Andrew assisted from Curbside pickup. There was once or maybe twice we brought it up and got coupons for our missing items but many times we just ate our food while it was still hot by the time we made it home and didn’t complain. The lessons we had to learn here were check the food before leaving and try to eat in. My family would primarily order take out a couple times a month while John was the proprietor. Now we rarely if ever order from outback. One day while ordering takeout i requested oreo crumbles, choc sauce, whipped cream, Cherries, choc shavings, strawberries; the works on my ice cream I paid for- and because there were so many additions the takeout employee (who was Andrew at the time) asked me to type it into the computer as we are friends, he was busy, and I am familiar with the posi system... At which point the proprietor came into the curbside take out room and hollered at me for using the computer system and kicked me out. He also hollered at me for leaving him on a Saturday night, although I didn’t leave him, his kitchen manager kicked me out and threatened to call the cops on me if I didn’t leave fast enough (after quickly gathering my things and saying goodbye to coworkers hastily) after I had worked there for 2 years and had done a great job, loved by coworkers and customers. She is now a proprietor of another location. I left without getting the ice cream I paid for and with a distaste in my mouth. I stayed away from outback.
