Arby's — Restaurant in Excelsior Springs

I had a coupon and was ordering for myself and my father. Coupon went through very easily, HOWEVER I also ordered a fish sandwich and WAS going to the Vermont white cheddar mac n cheese. Which they had advertised on their menu. Was told that they were not selling it, so I had to combo meal my fish sandwich. When I went up to pay I told the person ringing up my card that if they weren't going to be selling something they needed to remove item from menu OR just put a note up there saying that it was no longer available. THAT'S when the worker informed me that they had to recall the mac n cheese and had to throw it all out. Now I looked up when I got home and there has been no other recalls for the mac n cheese, so it makes me wonder why they had to throw it all out, 😒. Also had to park my car and wait nearly 20 minutes for my food. One lady came up to my car and asked if I ordered something completely different than what I ordered. All I ordered was one roast beef and cheddar combo meal and one fish sandwich combo meal.🙄 I don't know if I will continue to go to this army's they are usually understaff, lack any motivation to get their food out fast and correctly ordered, they give you a bunch of grief if you use more than one coupon (even if it's a separate paid order), and it gives me concern about their ability to keep their products in top quality and safe conditions. Edit: Never going to this restaurant ever again. Too expensive, staff is untrained and lacking customer service, and lack of any good deals...

The guy who served us at the drive-through was friendly. However, I asked for no barbecue sauce on my beef and cheddar, which is a beef & cheddar. They didn't put in any cheddar cheese, which annoyed and confused me. My mom said, well, they must have decided you didn't want any. The lobby was closed, and we didn't feel like driving back through the drive-through, to mention it. So we left without ever telling them. I was sad but ate them anyway, and we went. Update: They gave me two coupons for a free sandwich with small fries and a small drink. I forgot to add that for a while. I have now and added a star. Second update: I used the coupons it was nice and went well even for free. We tried to add two shakes we were going to pay for to out meal. When we got ready to pay the cashier said it was free. We offered to pay still and she said it was fine she just added them on that way and it was OK.:) very nice I really do like Arby's now I'd say another star. 5 they are very good at making it up to you. (Or at least were for us.) So many restaurants and businesses aren't. It's nice to see it when one is so willing to be....

Took a star because I can't get ahold of anyone and it's been 3 days. I've tried calling. I don't live it in excelsior, so it's a 45 minute drive. Came through Friday all the exterior lights were shut off so it was hard to see anything. I told them but I was ignored (because they were closing early come hell or high water) I had to repeat my order several times (I think because they are distracted) they missed a small fry in my bag and didn't give me a receipt but I noticed quickly and turned around, so it shouldn't have been a issue...They refused to answer (this was still twenty minutes before 10 when they were SUPPOSED to close) I tried to call, again no answer. So I pulled up to the window....I sat in the drive thru at the window for more than 10 minutes, during that time they turned all the interior lights off (to run me off I've worked in fast food I know what they were doing) but I still sat there, hoping to at least get my receipt. I sat there long enough they gave up on the no lights and turned them back on to close down but still ignored me...it was still before 10 when I drove off. Pictures are from when I...
