Just had a problem with elson or olson manager at the location over the app when you order you buy 20 piece nugget you get fries free with purchase couldn't use it when redeeming i dont know what was done but couldn’t use the code ended up paying for my fries . So i went around parked and ask how did i use my code if i didnt use it . Then he offered give fries after i paid for them i was like for what you should have told me that in drive thru . Then i told him about the last time i came in he was rude . I told him i was gonna call corporate he was go head have a good day sarcastically like making fun of me like if i was dumb then he threatened was gonna go to my place of work and complain about me . Like he's a manager he was not professional at all for all those years he claims he’s been there Then told me he knew who i was and not go back there. Which i wont either. Read moreWe had a very bad experience here. The service was horrible. We came here at 9 pm and it was very quiet in this place. We ordered at the kiosk inside and took our number and went outside to wait for our food. After 20 minutes of waiting still nothing. Another friendly customer eventually told us that we had to come inside to get our food. The lady told us that they don’t bring your food to the table if you are seated outside. This was not made clear in the restaurant whatsoever and the number signs tell you that they will bring your order to the table. The lady clearly saw us sitting outside but told us that she called out our number 3 times. She seemed to be in a very bad mood and didn’t want to offer good customer’s service at all. Read moreEmployee said that I HAD to order from a kiosk, I said that I would leave, then I guess her manager came over and said she could take my order in person. She took it, but said in the future I would have to use the kiosk. If that is the case, then I will not return. Should support local businesses anyway. No ability to refill my drink, as the soda machine was removed from the lobby. Suppose I could have asked for a refill, but the chicken burger I had ordered was inedible , after paying like $10 for it, so I was kinda in a mood. I certainly do not understand this concept.
