Don’t order from this pizza place. I just got off the phone with Shabaz (sp?) who is the owner of this place after receiving my pizza with burnt crust-completely black and toppings strewn all about like the delivery driver dropped our pizza. I had tipped the driver, I paid full price for the pizza there were no coupons or specials and I was happy to do so. We waited over an hour for the delivery and when we opened the box it was a complete mess. I called and reported it to the restaurant right away and the manager Brendan hung up on me while I was trying to explain the situation and he was talking over me. I waited for a phone call back after they told me I could receive a replacement or a refund and I had requested both but was denied. The owner just called me and has told me that their quality control is impeccable. They put blood sweat and tears into their product and never send it out in a a way that’s not presentable. So after ordering this pizza waiting for it and it arriving completely a mess at first the owner told me I had to send him pictures first that the pizza was in fact a mess. I didn’t appreciate that he hung up on me after saying I will get a full refund when I offered to bring the pizza to him directly he told me to stay at home he did not want me to come there. It always shady handled very unprofessionally and I feel badly that a place like this continues to make money off of people and in the end this is how they treat you if their product does arrive in an unsatisfactory way. I don’t lie and I don’t appreciate being treated like I was lying about some thing that I paid full price and tipped for. I’ll be supporting a place that appreciates my business. Another edit... never EVER had an issue with this place! I ALWAYS get what i order , when they say it's coming is when it's coming. Very nice & kind people. I hope this business is around AT LEAST as long as I am and longer! I can only remember the stuffI've gotten anywhere else. This is my #1 ordering place. If my boyfriends says he wants a pizza i say "only if i can get Giuseppes"! And i do. You definitelywant this food! ..and an edit... You guys have totally stepped up your delivery time! Pizza so fresh & hot, we gotta wait to eat it! My favorite pizza delivery! This is my favorite delivery where I live! I order weekly. The food is GREAT! The gyros are SUPER HUGE ! Great topping crust ratio on pizza. Fresh hoagies. They get so busy, but its worth the wait! They've totally stepped up the phone & ordering process!
