Wade's breakfast and grille — Restaurant in Export

We were in town for a hockey tournament, found Wades' on Google as a suggestion for breakfast. The homemade donuts were delicious. The seasonal apple was probably my favorite, with blueberry and cheesecake not far behind. Coffee cup was never empty and it also was good coffee, which we have not had most of the trip! My biscuits and gravy were delicious, I should have gotten a half order because it was a huge plate full. My husband had the meat lovers omelette. He likes to say he's a connoisseur of omelettes. Gets one everywhere we go. His review was that it was very good, well done, just the right ratio of ingredients. Our son had the chicken tender platter. He said the chicken was perfectly seasoned and cooked just right, the fries tasted homemade and delicious. The staff was very attentive and friendly. 9/18/22'update I was there earlier before the 'rush'. The omlet was over cooked and greasy, the home fry's were the worst, not fresh, OLD (maybe at sometime)reheated, probably in a microwave! However, the coffee was fresh and hot! No one working there smiling at all! They've really gone down hill since I was there last! You want a good FRESH MADE TO ORDER breakfast, KEYSTONE KITCHEN!!! (Year ago) the food was good and the service was good! ... The coffee was good and hot! ...but not the food!!! The window where the cook puts the food, no heat lamp, so I watched my food sit for several minutes untill a server finally grabbed it and gave it to me! Great place. They have seating inside and outside. In a super quiet little cute area. Super reasonable prices for the amount of food you get. Staff was incredible. The place just felt homey and inviting. Cute and quaint. The food was spectacular. Loved the the breakfast sausage links. The scrambled eggs were amazing. I ate them before I could snap a picture. Pancakes the size of a small child. They make these yummy fried fresh and filled donuts. Strawberry, blueberry, and cream cheese.. they offer a seasonable flavor as well.
