Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Fairbanks

Ordered for the first time from the Papa Johns on Fort Wainwright and the online ordering process was very simple and the tracking abilities to monitor the completion of your order was very neat and convenient! Plenty of options to choose from which was nice- my son doesn’t eat pizza so being able to order him some “chicken nuggets” was fantastic. We went for the Shaq Pepperoni pizza and a stuffed crust beef and bacon( forgot a pic of this one but it was perfect) My husband wanted the cinnamon pull aparts- I was skeptical because I usually find these cinnamon bread things from pizza places to be pretty dry but that was not the case with these- super moist and flavorful!! These are dangerous haha!! Definitely recommend the cinnamon pull aparts! The kids wanted the chocolate chip cookie- it was warm and not too crunchy and they really liked that treat. Really loved that the pizzas weren’t greasy- even the one with all the pepperoni! Our order was prepared quickly and we picked it up in about 15 minutes. We are staying in the hotel next door for a month+ so I’m sure we will Be ordering...

Just awful. I always order a veggie with no cheese. I can’t have dairy and neither can my son. A couple of times they’ve had to remake my pizza because they don’t read the orders well enough and mess it up. I’m not picky, I just legit cannot eat dairy. If I could, I would just suck it up and eat the pizza they messed up on. I’m never mean or rude about the mistakes. I apologize for the inconvenience and usually they apologize too and remake it with no issues. This time we got it for pick up and there was no cheese, like it was supposed to be. BUT my pizza had barely any toppings at all. There was hardly any sauce and literally 2 1/2 - 3 inches worth of crust all the way around. Absolutely ridiculous. So I paid $18 for basically bread. If I would’ve been the one to go inside and pick it up instead of my husband, I would’ve politely asked them to fix it. I didn’t notice it til...

My husband orders from here regularly and we don’t normally have issues. I used to work at a papa johns so I understand the fast paced can get stressful, tonight I had my husband pick up and we didn’t get the soda we ordered, I called and asked to get the 3 dollars or whatever returned, employee rudely said ‘you can drive back here or just deal with it’… then she talked to the manager, and asked for my address and delivered the soda herself, she she arrived I tried to too her some cash for her troubles but she walked away said ‘I don’t have a mask’ and walked away, super snappy and rude, I’m glad I got my soda and I get the job can get rough but so she was mean and wouldn’t even take a tip? If I were her manager I’d have to talk to her because even though the issue was resolved her attitude was not...
