The ladies at the front working on 31 Jan 25 from 7:30pm on were super rude and not friendly at all. You ask them a question and they respond rudely and don't even acknowledge you. Prices are entirely too high for younger soldier who want to get our of their bardacks rooms. Why does the kitchen close at 6pm??? That isn't even enough time to get home from work and get there. The pins are tethered so they do not fall properly. There was also no music which is very common for a bowling alley.
This is suppose to be a place for individuals to go out and have fun but with the high prices, rude staff, and food closing early doesn't allow for it. Yet the MWR can do free events all the time and bowling for 4 people without drinks and food is over $70....
Read moreThe activity center just opened, so it is still a bit of a work in progress but we had a great time! There's a small workout area for parents while their children play. The bowling area is gorgeous, and we had a lot of fun playing. The food was yummy! 75% of the pinball machines were already out of order, and the electronic games in the play area were never turned on several hours after opening, so the kids thought they were broken. (Ask staff to turn on!) I recommend bringing a camp chair for the play area if you want to sit down, and being aware that both areas have a second exit that is easy to open, so small children may leave. Should be a great addition to the base though, with some kinks worked out! Fun spot to spend...
