Jubie's Creamery — Restaurant in Fairborn

I'm going to start this off by saying that we love Jubie's! We loved the location in Moraine a lot, but had never been to this one in Fariborn. We decided to drive about 30 minutes away on a Saturday evening to go since we didn't have anything going on. The store itself is cute, but pretty small. Not a lot of indoor seating, which sucks on rainy days like yesterday. The shop itself was clean and well-maintained from what I could see. They had all the normal things the Jubie's in Moraine did. I love that they have dairy-free and gluten-free ice cream options. They are also great about putting in that you have an allergy so things are cleaned properly. My husband and son both got a sundae they normally like. Our ice cream was delicious as always. The people working were nice, BUT they really need a better way to place and hand out orders. I don't know if it's just because they were busy and not use to that or what, but there were orders for the same parties that were not completed together. My son and husband got their sundae and then it took another 10 minutes for mine to come. People that ordered way after us got their orders before our order was completed. This was happening to many parities and people were very confused by it. They also just randomly stopped taking orders when they had a pretty long line of customers to fill drive through and other orders. I will give them the benefit of the doubt- perhaps they were understaffed today? Ice cream was good, but it was a highly disorganized operation . Three workers, with one on register, one cleaning, and only one filling orders. The one filling orders kept stopping to give everyone samples, so there was basically no one filling orders full time. When an order did get filled, it would be for the drive through ( which was served ahead of those customers who had already ordered in store), or they would fill one order out of all the members in one party ( e.g. I saw three separate tables where the mom, the dad, or one kid had their ice cream, and the rest of the family had to sit a long time and watch that family member eat while they waited). The one server/ sampler was very sweet, but extremely slow and meticulous when each item was finally randomly selected to be filled. Hopefully they will fix these organizational problems soon and have a terrific little shop- it is very cute, products are very nice, and staff is friendly. For starters, put all of the items that one group or household orders on one ticket, instead of your current method of putting each item on a separate disjointed ticket- families want to eat together, be done at same time and leave at same time instead of being served 5 or more...

Love Jubies but PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE switch up the seasonal flavor burst. There are 38 flavors of flavor burst on their website for businesses to purchase but literally the last 2 years, only two flavors have been offered for seasonal, Blue Hawaii Coconut and Cinnamon Bun. With so many other flavors to offer, why only those same two for the last literally two years. Maybe Eggnog or Peppermint that they offer for winter season, Pumpkin Pie or Green Apple for fall season, Peach or something else for Summer season, maybe something like Watermelon else fun for spring seasonal. Our family is not the biggest fan of Cinnamon Bun and the Blue Hawaii Coconut tastes so similar to Blue Goo, which is already offered. I know im just nit picking at this point but begging yall to finally switch the seasonal flavors to something else. Also not to sound too picky but the banana ripple has no flavor and they have Bubblegum and Cotton Candy that would sell nicely with kids as a regular option. Idk just would love to see some flavors rotated. With all that to the side, your twist is by far the best twist I have ever had in my life and your brownie sundae is soooo...
