I WAS a long time and loyal customer of Marco's Pizza at 6330 Pleasant Ave, Fairfield, Ohio. 45014, store 1162, but never again! My visit was on 1/23/23 @ 4:07pm.
I ordered my usual, an extra large sausage & pepperoni pizza along with a single size Caesar Salad. When I picked up the pizza at that location the pizza box was not folded and closed securely, however I paid for it and picked it up with two hands. My sister held it in her lap as we travelled home. However when we arrived home, I proceeded to grab the pizza box off her lap and the pizza just slid right out of the box! It had not been secured correctly when it was given to me at the restaurant.
I called right away, at 4:35pm and requested a replacement pizza as the box was not secured when I got it from Marco's. This is when I got really frustrated, because the girl on the phone told me "No!" I proceeded to let her know that I'm a long time customer, and that I have never asked for anything like this before. All I wanted was some professional courtesy, and she was none of this as she spoke to me rather rudely. She reluctantly told me that she was one of the managers on duty and initially she REFUSED TO GIVE ME HER NAME! I asked for the corporate number, which she refused and told me to look it up! I asked who is above her to whom I could speak to and she reluctantly gave me the name of Josh, GM, which I don't believe. After asking over why they would refuse to prepare another pizza for me, she would just tell me "No!" She finally said, "My name is Taylor" very angrily and with the sound of a severe attitude!
I hope Corporate reads this and addresses my review and contacts that specific store location and educate the employees with some professionalism and mainly the Manager, Taylor with no last name would be given.
Needless to say, if Corporate would like to supply me with a replacement pizza, I would love to have one as I would believe this would be best business practices to whom was a loyal customer. If not, I will never solicit your...

I was missing food items from my order and promptly called to let them know the guy on the phone said that the driver left my food at the restaurant he said I can give you a credit. Now if this were my fault I would except that but I asked him to have it delivered to me. Now when I said I want the food delivered he laughed and said okay I let that slide. I was told it was going to take an additional thirty minutes okay I can deal with that so I sit and wait after another hour I call back to be told that the driver came back and knocked on the door and rang the doorbell but no one came to the door. There seven people in my house right now and I know she didnāt come back to my house I knew when I asked him to have the food delivered instead of a store credit that they were going to do this and lie to me. I am waiting to hear from the GM tomorrow morning to see what he says. I am not being a (Karen) or anything like that this is not the first time from this restaurant chain and they do nothing to make their mistakes right with people paying money to them my order was almost $70.00 I deserve service she walked out without the food not me the manager should check the orders or something. Last night I decided to try them again I was trying have a movie family night with my daughters after setting up the Christmas tree. I ordered my food over the phone and after waiting 50 minutes and kids getting impatient I called to check on my food. I was told my food was on the way and should be here soon. 10 minutes later I call back and spoke to a girl who said my food was put in as a CARRYOUT! She said my food was just sitting there. Then I spoke with a manager who apologized and told me my food could either be made and sent to me first priority or he could cancel my order. I decided to have it delivered again. My pizza showed after 2 hours..it was not cut into squares like I asked and the cheese kept falling off!! Plus they gave me and charged me for some cinnasquares that i didn't even ask for!! Worst experience ever!!! I didn't even get offered a credit or anything. I will be sticking with Pizza Hut. Try Pizza Hut. Less hastle and good food...
