McDonald's — Restaurant in Fairmont

Went there for lunch today with my 15 yr old. Went through drive threw and first the have my order wrong ,no big deal. Next I get to the second window after finally paying. There the female manager asked if I had the two kids meal not my my two double quarter pounders large with sweet tea and sprite. She asked me to move forward to the next window and she will bring my order , while not giving me my drinks. I pull forward and wait 10 min. At that time a young gentleman brought me a bag with two double quarter pounders and to medium fries and no drinks and left. I sit there another 5mins and seen the manager out the window behind me and honked my horn to get her attention. After that the same gentleman came back and asked if he could help me. I said yes , I need my large sweet tea and sprite also I order two large meals and these fries are medium. He takes the fries after a couple more mis he comes back and asked to see my receipt . At that time I show him and he says ok I will be back. He comes back with my large sweet tea and sprite , no large fries. Remind you , all this time I am sitting there cars are going through getting meals and drinks. He proceeded to tell me the fries are cooking . At that time I asked to speak to the manager. He left and brought my fries back that's wasn't even fresh hot and I asked where is your manager he proceeded to say she wasn't owing yo talk to me. I said ok no big deal I will call the owners. Whether or not it will do anything but I called and left a message. I will not be going back to...

Our church pre-ordered bulk breakfast biscuits and hash browns for the teachers and staff to celebrate Teacher Appreciation Week at Orrum Middle School. I have to give a big shout out to Fairmont's McDonald's and their managers, Mr. Kevin and Ms. Chasity. Mr. Kevin's helpfulness and patience with me as I ordered, his friendliness and overall great attitude has to be recognized. Even though he was not there when I picked up the order this morning, he made sure Ms Chasity had our order In place and completed and ready when I arrived. One of the workers(I didnt get his name) even assisted me with taking order to my truck. Food was delicious!! Even had a bag of prepackaged jelly and mustard, as well as napkins. So thankful for the Fairmont McDonald's and their kindness and help this morning. Well done, McDonald's...

The service here is terrible!!! We waited for over an hour after ordering at the drive thru constantly being told that our food was being made only to find out that the entire hold up was because the staff couldn't find the toys for the adult happy meal. They didn't even start to make the food until we went up to the counter inside! Too busy trying to find those toys. No apology for the wait. Would have been fine not getting the toys with the meal. We just wanted the food. Management at this place need to get their heads together. Turns out no one in that entire building knew that there were several unopened boxes near the back door. Absolutely nobody at this location knows what they're doing! Never coming to this...
