Pizza Ranch — Restaurant in Fairmont

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I got here at 4pm and there was no one in the restaurant. In order to get the hostess attention I had to ring a bell not one, not two, but three times before coming out. The young lady didn’t seem to enjoy her job. Well waiting for her to come help us the manager told us to ring the bell instead of helping us herself. After we sat down we come to realize there was no food out only a salad bar. No pizza, pasta, or chicken. The manager said it takes sometime, but the place opens at 11am so you think they would have something for us. We had to wait till 4:55pm till food was brought out. Stuffing tasted powdered, mash potatoes were good if you like bland potatoes, pasta was decent but only one choice for sauce a sugary red sauce, the chicken was extremely salty tasted like it was brined in salt Walter, and the pizza was nothing to brag about. Could have gone to dominos and ate sooner and had better quality. Will not be returning here. Also I forgot to mention but we’ll waiting for the host we could here her and the coworkers cussing in the back and talking about hitting each other...

My family and friends have been going here for many years to celebrate birthdays and to get together. We have always enjoyed the food and selection until tonight! When we arrived there was no chicken, potatoes, gravy or vegetables. The pizza was sparse and looked like it had been there for 4 hours. There was no desserts. This went on for an hour and many customers were complaining. When we asked if pizza or other food would be brought out, we were told they were so busy with takeouts that they didn't have time to fill the buffet. But they would check. We were there 2 hours trying to enjoy some food as it came out one by one. When we finally decided to leave they had just filled up everything and had brought out fresh pizza. At this point we were done waiting and tired of checking. The place has just not been the same since it under went new ownership. It has not been as good but tonight was the worst ever. We were all Very disappointed. It is sad to see such a nice place...

Put an order in over the website this evening. I received a call stating they were out of Skillet dough so they couldn't make the cactus bread. I said that is fine just take it off the order. I was put on hold when the person came back on and stated that since it was a package that if they were to take it off the order I would get charged MORE money. I said well then I want something else instead. I was put on hold a 2nd time...The person came back on and stated I can do 1 of 2 things...I can take off the cactus bread and you will get charged 5 dollars more or I can leave it on and you won't get a replacement or any substitute and it will be the same price! I understand that when things get bundled they can be cheaper however this Pizza Ranch didn't even offer free delivery or a bottle of pop. Horrible...
