Fairview Inn — Restaurant in Fairview Heights

This is a fantastic local bar; no pretense, no schtick, no themes, just good food, cold beer (and other drinks, sure), good prices. So far we've had burgers, pork fritter, fries, pork rinds, and beer. Everything has been a really great example of a classic corner bar; the burger shows up on a bun, with cheese if you're being fancy. The beer is cold, and served to you in the bottle or can. The people are friendly, treating you like family in a truly casual fashion. We've been a few times, and will be back many more.

Love this place! This is my goto every Friday for a good meal and and properly priced drink! Great place to bring the kids when weather is nice to play in the huge open field! Has slots there as well as public restrooms, free parking and handicap accessibility/parking. Also a great menu for such a local type hole in the wall bar/restaurant! Also the pink lemonade is phenomenal!!! Thank you Fairview Inn for the great customer service every time I visit!!! The bartender is amazing, she deserves the world! Very nice...

Wasn't a welcoming place, and other customers were more friendly, than the employee. Not sure, why they have so many great reviews! My food was horrible!!!! The food was greasy, over cooked, dry, and hard!!! Because of the great reviews, I ordered many different menu items. Condiments were on a stand next to door, unsealed, poured straight out the jars, into a tub, and the whole setup looked unsanitary. I regretted going, everything was a waste of money!!!! WILL...
