Online, the order total was listed as $38, but the total at the restaurant when I showed up was $40.11 (no big deal). However, that disappoint lead to several more: the restaurant was filthy, the quality of the food was terrible, and the service was horrible. The food (especially the teriyaki chicken to the left in the picture) was SUBMERGED in sauce and leaking everywhere. Everything tasted nasty and soggy. Unacceptable. Do not recommend. Please improve the quality. (I did enjoy the egg roll, crab rangoon, and pot stickers, but the entrees were terrible.)

My son and I wanted Chinese food today, 02-26-2025. And I really wanted crab ragoon and a plain St. Paul. My son wanted his usual, their Wontons. Showing a Picture of the Crab Ragoon below. Grade, B+...Suggestion only, check your food before leaving, see if your order is correct. That way when you get home, you won't be angry for not having what you paid for..

When I went to order, I started off telling the lady what my husband and I wanted. Well, as soon as I started ordering, the lady turned her back towards me and started speaking another language to some of the workers in the back. She then finally turned to me and I proceeded to start the order over again. We didn't even get a greeting when we walked in nor did we get any kind of "have a good evening" when we left. The customer service I would have to rate 0/10. It was honestly not good at all. The food on the other hand was very delicious. I got the C.17, which is sesame chicken with pork rice and a crab rangoon. The chicken was dry and there was hardly any sauce on it at all and the rice tasted like it had been sitting out all day. My husband got C.16, which is General Tso's Chicken with pork rice and an egg roll. His food was absolutely perfect! My husband always finishes all his food, except he couldn't this time! (Which is a good thing because it means he loved it so much and the portions are enough to feed at least 2 people!) We also ordered a 10-piece fried wonton and that was absolutely amazing! The only thing is, I wish it had a little bit more meat in it! My husband also ordered 2 of the egg rolls and he said it was hot temperature wise, it had a lot of filling inside of it, the taste was good but its not as good tasting as the egg rolls are at Cozy Cafe in Hillsboro, IL or at Happez American-Thai in Hillsboro, IL. Our total came to be 30$ and some change. Drinks do not come with any of the food. You have to purchase them separately. I wish they would open up as a buffet because I believe they would do...

In order to be fair I will admit that Chinese food isn't my favorite thing in the world but I will eat it occasionally because my family likes it. I went into the restaurant to order my food for carryout and the service is always fast and the workers are friendly despite the obvious language barriers. I ordered the pork fried rice to go with my chicken & for some reason the rice has been incredibly dry the past couple of times. I don't know if there has been a change in its ingredients or how it is prepared but I don't care for it. My only other issue is that the dining room is incredibly cluttered with room dividers attempting to hide the clutter. This is an old Pizza Hut to give you an idea of how big the dining area is. You can't access most of the dining room and honestly just makes you question the overall cleanliness of...

I went Fri around 5 there were a few people in front of us . We placed our order and sat down and waited for our food. The cashier had several battles with customers. It's was almost beat down at China King . While arguing with the customers our food was prepared and bagged . It was placed on the counter with about 5 other orders while they continued to argue with the customers trying to communicate with the cashier. So the food set on the table for about 20 minutes without a heat lamp or anything keeping it warm. I get . Home the food is cold . No problem that's what micro waves are for right . I unbox the generals tsos chicken. My favorite thing from them. Normally it comes with a lot of broccoli . It had 2 pieces. We all get our favorite food and share it family style. Can't share it if...
